What I value most about ASLAN is how practical and authentic the experience feels. The facilitators clearly have deep expertise, genuinely embody the principles they teach, and foster a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable joining in. The interactive exercises and discussions really stood out to me, as they encouraged the team to question established assumptions and try out new methods for building trust and influence. At no point did anything seem abstract or overly theoretical; everything was anchored in real-world, practical scenarios, which made the material especially impactful. If anything, the greatest challenge hasn’t been with ASLAN itself, but with the natural difficulties that come from adopting a new methodology.
