askporter Housing and askporter Operations Reviews & Product Details

Helpdesks are overwhelmed, repairs get misdiagnosed on the phone, and managers chase status updates that should arrive on their own. askporter automates everything between a reported issue and a resolved outcome. One platform, two products. askporter Housing covers resident engagement, smart repairs and proactive care for social housing providers, build-to-rent operators and private landlords. askporter Operations covers task raising, control & management, job delivery and outreach for facilities management providers, in-house estates teams and cleaning contractors. Residents and building users report issues on web chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, QR scan or IoT trigger — no app, no login, no need to know who to contact. AI-powered triage captures the right detail first time, routes the job to the right person, tracks it against SLA, and confirms completion with photo evidence. At Legal & General Affordable Homes, 97% of cases are diagnosed and allocated to a supplier automatically. Conversations run in 40+ languages, 24 hours a day, so teams serve diverse communities without translation costs. Housing teams capture the audit trail that Awaab's Law (Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023) requires as a by-product of the work, rather than as a separate reporting exercise. FM operators take on new contracts without adding back-office headcount. In production across 486,589 assets with 12,000+ active users. Cyber Essentials Plus accredited, GDPR compliant, UK and EU hosted with UK data residency by default.
