Saved tons of time and correspondence for us. The customer support has always been up to par when needed. They've been the easiest company to work with as far as services in another country for us. **What do you dislike about ASKNET SOLUTIONS?** I've honestly not had any issues with it on the admin end and all of our research staff members that use it are satisfied with it. **What problems is ASKNET SOLUTIONS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It streamlines managing multiple licenses and billing in another market for us without having to deal with language barriers, currency exchange or any other of the issues that typically go along with it ### 2. The ASC platform looks outdated.
