The methods of sending, such as email, a public link, or QR code, work well. For the questions, you can use different skins, which works very well. **What do you dislike about askemo?** We ask questions that do not require an assessment/grade, and therefore receive a score of 99. The 99 is removed by askemo, so it does not appear in the report. This is somewhat cumbersome. The new dashboard is not yet widely used, but sometimes the correct information is still not accessible. **What problems is askemo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because we can make and send the askemos ourselves, we can do this much more often. Previously, we did 1 MTO and 1 KTO per year. Now we use askemo for multiple MTO measurements per year. In 2025, there were 6 and in 2025 (up to May) there were already 5. With this, you can quickly and effectively gauge satisfaction about things. Initially, we also wanted to use askemo to obtain information, but askemo is not entirely suitable for that. We use askemo not only for MTO but also for KTO, Woest on visit, and the Location inspection. Everything is in one place and that works very well. ### 3. They are open to develop new features based on our client needs, they think along the request to make it durable for them and all their clients, but also helpful in regards of our request. It is great that we can send out questions based on different timestamps during the year, we can measure during the personal employee journey and really make it personal, not just based on the yearly calender flows. They always answer the phone directly, communication is great. They tool works fast, they AI analytics portal helps to save to much time analysing the thousands of comments we used to do by hand. **What do you dislike about askemo?** There are a lot of options / fields you can use when drafting an askemo, they downside is, that it is a lot and somethings overlapping when you make more questions in 1 askemo, so you need to be well educated on the use of the fields to use it properly, this takes some time to get used to it and might make knowledge transfer a bit more intensive. **What problems is askemo solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are optimizing continuously, so there are many things they do that benefit us. For example the developments around Client and Employee portal. But also extending the API on our request or their own initiative, or the actively collaboration with external parties by askemo to optimise their services for us on the AI field. The analytics options are very usefull and time saving. ### 4. I appreciate that Askemo provides us with a nice library of questions, a convenient platform and dashboard, and an anonymous way of sending out questionnaires. I love how easy and accessible the work is for us as users, and we are also very happy with the service. The collaboration and help and direct accessibility are also great. The initial setup of Askemo was very pleasant and easy. **What do you dislike about askemo?** the design can be improved, furthermore I think the data and reading of the comments can be even better or more graphs and connections and actions can already be mapped out in advance. **What problems is askemo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Askemo offers us a convenient library of questions and a handy platform with a dashboard. It also allows us to send anonymous questionnaires. ### 5. The system integrates with the necessary systems and supports us in our goal to quickly and effectively hear various target groups, so that we can identify opportunities for improvement. **What do you dislike about askemo?** Little! Moreover, it is becoming increasingly intuitive and smarter, so I am satisfied. **What problems is askemo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work with diverse target groups, both in terms of language and background and preferences: students, colleagues, part-timers, people living abroad, digitally skilled and less skilled people, and externals. You can make questions specific to the company. This way, we also have good contact with our field staff, without lengthy questionnaires. Through AI, it is easy to interpret the answers and you also get some tips for actions. **What do you dislike about askemo?** That we cannot yet deploy the surveys via Microsoft Teams to make it even easier for the field service colleagues. So that they can easily do it on their mobile, or that there is a simple app available for mobile users. **What problems is askemo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is pleasant to be able to review multiple times a year how you stand on certain themes within the organization, through short questionnaires. This way, you get a clear picture of how things are going and can, if necessary, make timely adjustments. ### 7.
