I especially love the ability to easily create email templates, deploy email workflows, and segment our customers. We can safely say it has made a massive difference in our relationships with our customers and has helped us adapt to the growing shift in our online business. The support staff are highly efficient and promptly address our needs and requests. **What do you dislike about Ascent360?** The audience selector can be a bit complex initially, but the segmentation opportunities are endless once you've spent time on the platform.
