Useful for work! It helps me get my tasks done faster and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this application and its usage for my project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ascend?

Needs more detail and make it easier for others who are not as tech savvy to understand how to utilize. It definitely lags a little as well so those bugs need fixing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great features, kindsight score could be more useful"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Ascend?

I really like that it has the ability to save sources found for more in depth user profiles. I also appreciate that it has an Intuitive user interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ascend?

In my opinion, it seems like the kindsight score isn't always super accurate. I don't usually even look at it because I don't think it gives a lot of insight into a prospect that I don't already know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Thoughtful, Relationship-Driven Data Model that has already thought about everything."
5/5
What do you like best about Ascend?

I appreciate that everything has already been considered. All of the relationships between records and objects are already there. Especially when it comes to the complexities of things like pledges that may have so many variables and nuances.

We converted from a legacy system that consisted of "flat" tables in a non-relational database, and there was a place for every data point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ascend?

Custom functionality is sometimes difficult to build (especially if it is related to gift processes), and requires strong background knowledge of Salesforce, the Ascend managed package, and your organizations external requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
