What problems is ASAO DS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We originally brought ASAO DS in to help us make sense of our analytics and identify growth opportunities.

During the process, they uncovered a major issue in our search experience that was causing users to bounce. Our old search relied too heavily on exact keyword matches, which made discovery frustrating for users.

I came in as an operational lead without a data background, trying to make sense of how data and analytics fit into the way product development works at my company. I didn't have a clear framework, and sometimes didn't even know what questions to ask.
