Artstracker Reviews & Product Details

ArtsTracker is inventory and operations software built for arts programs — theatre, music, dance, visual art, and any organization with equipment to track. Catalog every costume, instrument, prop, light, art supply, or piece of gear with photos and QR labels, so you always know what you have and where it lives. Organize items by show, concert, exhibition, or event, and track what's checked out and what each production still needs. A built-in Funding Tracker logs grants, district allocations, booster funds, and donations against each source — including California Prop 28 — with reports you can export. Programs can opt in to The Exchange to rent, lend, or sell items to other programs nearby, and post updates on a regional community board. Add items in seconds from any phone: snap a photo of a whole shelf and ArtsTracker lists what it sees. Start free with up to 25 items — no credit card required. Built by an arts educator, for arts programs.
