**What do you like best about Artiwise?**

One of the standout features of Artiwise is its ability to handle vast amounts of data in real-time using AI algorithms. We are having an omnichannel customer experience as our call center calls, surveys and social media channels are being analyzed. Thanks to AI analysis, we can identify the key insights and root causes of the issues. The sentiment analysis, sentiment score, and impact analysis functionalities are particularly very good, as they provide actionable insights for strategizing problem-solving approaches.
In addition to this, the platform offers the flexibility to analyze data based on various parameters such as dealer information and brand. This feature helps us to create tailored action plans that can address specific issues unique to different contexts.

**What do you dislike about Artiwise?**

While the platform offers advanced analysis capabilities, there is room for improvement in terms of customization and flexibility.

**What problems is Artiwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artiwise effectively addresses several key challenges in data analysis. By automating the analysis of large datasets, it eliminates the need for manual effort, saving valuable time and resources. Additionally, the platform's ability to identify root causes of issues enables us to prioritize actions based on detailed insights. 360 degree of customer experience is being analyzed in detail.
Sentiment analysis and impact analysis help us to make informed decisions and develop strategies that directly address customer feedback and concerns.

**What do you like best about Artiwise?**

Artiwise, which we call best practice, has made many contributions to us in the analysis of the customer experience journey. Customer feedback (surveys, Google reviews), which we used to do manually and take a lot of our time, is now analyzed practically and quickly on the Artiwise platform. 
First of all, our data quickly adapted to the Artiwise platform and we started our work. Along with the capabilities of the platform, an automated artificial intelligence analysis was presented. We obtained results in many topics such as labeling system, sentiment measurement, and impact analysis. 
After the learning process, the Sales and After-Sales distinction of Google comments, which is an important breakdown for us and which we do manually, has now started to be done automatically by Artiwise. 
Artiwise, which offers root cause analysis along with insights, has added many widgets such as trend analysis and comparison reports. Along with the results we receive, we analyze all the positive and negative feedbacks of our customers in detail and proactively create our action plans for the necessary issues. 
We started to work with Artiwise to use technology in the best way in customer experience and we continue our journey by making good progress.

There's nothing I don't like right now. Only many widgets can be added

We can quickly and automatically analyze the verbatim of our customers, which we used to do manually. As a result, we come up with quick action plans. In the specially created artificial intelligence model, we can easily analyze service and sales comments.

**What do you like best about Artiwise?**

The Artiwise team excels in both technology and customer relations. Throughout the proposal phase, they demonstrated remarkable proficiency in content detailing, communication, and technological expertise. the integration phase was smootless and they supported us. since implementing the VOC product, it has significantly enhanced our customer processes from day one. The tool is easy to use and straightforward. We utilize it daily and translate its results into actionable steps.

I would like quality tools such as consultant scoring and comparison based on customer interactions to be added to the product as soon as possible.

Artiwise effectively addresses the challenge of analyzing all customer interactions through speech to text and AI, providing accurate results while eliminating manual workload. This benefit significantly enhances operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

With its AI solutions, Artiwise enables you to analyze all your customer conversations with the least possible effort and take the best actions by revealing the root causes. You can easily review and report these analysis results in dashboards at different detail levels, and deepen and examine each detail as you wish. With this structure, it is a great product for turning customer analyzes into action in a short time and deepening the customer experience by managing it from a single point.

Special terms that may vary depending on the industry can be checked for correct conversion to text and correct writing, but with a great customer success and support team, everything reaches the desired level in a short time.

With its solutions, Artiwise eliminates analyzes performed only on a specific sample and enables us to analyze all customer insights and root causes of problems end-to-end. Thus, we started to provide our customers with a smoother experience by reducing the possibility of missing important factors affecting the experience and taking quick actions. They are very quick to help with anything. They offer customized solutions as if you were their only customer. Also its easy to use.

I think the dashboard part on the website is hard to read.

It helps us to see the root cause of the problems that customers raise. For example, we learned that a customer with poor call performance had a problem with the number we assigned to the customer.
