What do you like best about Artiwise?

One of the standout features of Artiwise is its ability to handle vast amounts of data in real-time using AI algorithms. We are having an omnichannel customer experience as our call center calls, surveys and social media channels are being analyzed. Thanks to AI analysis, we can identify the key insights and root causes of the issues. The sentiment analysis, sentiment score, and impact analysis functionalities are particularly very good, as they provide actionable insights for strategizing problem-solving approaches.

In addition to this, the platform offers the flexibility to analyze data based on various parameters such as dealer information and brand. This feature helps us to create tailored action plans that can address specific issues unique to different contexts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Artiwise?

Artiwise, which we call best practice, has made many contributions to us in the analysis of the customer experience journey. Customer feedback (surveys, Google reviews), which we used to do manually and take a lot of our time, is now analyzed practically and quickly on the Artiwise platform.

First of all, our data quickly adapted to the Artiwise platform and we started our work. Along with the capabilities of the platform, an automated artificial intelligence analysis was presented. We obtained results in many topics such as labeling system, sentiment measurement, and impact analysis.

After the learning process, the Sales and After-Sales distinction of Google comments, which is an important breakdown for us and which we do manually, has now started to be done automatically by Artiwise.

Artiwise, which offers root cause analysis along with insights, has added many widgets such as trend analysis and comparison reports. Along with the results we receive, we analyze all the positive and negative feedbacks of our customers in detail and proactively create our action plans for the necessary issues.
