**What do you like best about Artivatic?**

I like that it is at the forefront of the technology stack it uses. The solutions provided are scalable as well as customizable to our needs.  It not only provides predictive intelligence but also text mapping intelligence.  The predictions are also personalizable to the business needs as and what they are.

**What do you dislike about Artivatic?**

This software is a bit on the expensive side and since it is still in its nascent stage, it's at times difficult to integrate it with other solutions. With that being said, I look forward to see where this could lead this software in general.

**Recommendations to others considering Artivatic:**

The customer support is on point. You would not regret switching to this software. The results are quite personalized and intelligent. I like how they add a dash of psychology into the mix. And one more thing I like is how they are flexible. Not only related to healthcare and or or genomics but also in the banking and finance industry. I only wish the integrations happened more smoothly. Since they are in the nascent stages, the integrations are harder but I see a bright future ahead of them. Also they are a bit on the expensive side.

**What problems is Artivatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how psychology is also imbibed while solving the problems that Artivatic solves. The feature that I like the best is that they provide all kinds of mapping. Be it structured or unstructured data.It also allows us to interact with customers through the workflows.
