**What do you like best about Array?**

The Array chat feature exponentially increases the number of questions from the audience

**What do you dislike about Array?**

There is always a chance that an attendee will walk out with an iPad

**What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems at all.  Benefits are increased interaction between speakers and audience, no printing paper program books the get thrown out (saved cost & waste), everything electronic - no trying to read written answers to questions or sign-in sheets

**What do you like best about Array?**

I use Educational Measures for monthly for programs. The EM team is so professional, attentive and present during the planning process and easy to work with onsite. The onsite staff are efficient and set up all iPads during session set up, run the platform behind the scenes during the meeting and quickly deliver the meeting team all data within days of the meeting end. They are prompt in invoicing and a joy to work with. I recommend EM for anyone hoping to utilize notes / polling / interactive questions and more onsite.

**What do you dislike about Array?**

No dislikes to share, we have not had issues onsite before.

**Recommendations to others considering Array:**

Easy to work with, accurate and provides billing quickly. Wonderful for those companies that have many events going on at once.

**What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to communicate with the shyer members of the audience and ask for feedback. We see way more interaction with the questions feature than using microphones for questions.

**What do you like best about Array?**

Educational Measures (EM) has been working with our company for 8 years. The outstanding and consistent customer service along with high quality event partnership is the best I have seen in the industry. Really impressive group!  You can tell the leadership is strong and the organization empowers their staff to take great care of THEIR clients.

**What do you dislike about Array?**

Nothing to dislike. It says I need to fill a minimum of 19 characters, so here you go.

**Recommendations to others considering Array:**

I feel that with this group you have a turnkey solutions with zero headaches.  They take excellent care of their clients.

**What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More efficient audience interactive opportunities. Their system is insightfully designed and therefore engages the audience in a more effective way.  They made it easy to navigate.  They even thought carefully about the fonts and sizes.  They are also very open to customizing for their clients which other groups were not as inclined.

**What do you like best about Array?**

The data analytics that we receive from the reports is priceless for our client's.  The attendees greatly appreciate the real-time feedback they get from the Q&A with the Moderators, as well and post-meeting notes capture. We try to use Array exclusively for all of our Meetings.

**What do you dislike about Array?**

We do not have any "dislikes". We love that new features are always being added. I.E. Dynamic PDF (searchability on a document) and Q&A responses for attendees to the Moderator, Multiple attendee use for Case Studies.

**What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its extremely helpful that we are able to provide our clients with physical reports to show the attendee experience and gain feedback on how to improve future meetings.

**What do you like best about Array?**

Innovative, super easy to use, great value to the client when we do the polling questions, serves as the sign in sheets, and provides immediate feedback to the client, so they can learn how to make their next event better.

**What do you dislike about Array?**

I just wish we have regional technicians - US based for the US meetings, EU based for the EU Meetings

**What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- attendees being able to ask questions through the system - really helps at international meetings
- being able to have presentations in different languages
- immediate access to the attendees feedback

**What do you like best about Array?**

The data that is provided from Array is definitely best in class when it comes to extrapolation and how it is presented after our live meetings. We have had a lot of good feedback when presenting the findings to both our internal and external stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Array?**

I like all of the features, this is a great product.

**What problems is Array solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had some issues with version control and the non-updated flies making it to the final presentation on the ipads but we seemed to have resolved this.

EM Array is a single tool for your audience - big or small. Meeting attendees can experience a more intimate meeting using the iPad for all their activities.

I'm not sure there is anything to dislike!

It's a very smart business decision to use EM Array.

EM Array has allowed our Annual Meeting attendees to truly interact with our varied speakers and their presentations. We LOVE the ability for the audience to submit questions during the sessions!

A little spendy but still worth the cost.

If you are looking for AV services for educational healthcare events this is the company you will want to use!

EM always goes above and beyond on every single request for our company and continues to impress us.

Nice and simple interface, easy to interact with.

Some attendees required more time to figure out all the features of the interface, and hence it was underutilized.

Plan as early as possible to better tailor services to meeting's needs.
