Arqam360 Reviews & Product Details

Arqam360 is a consent management platform for online stores and websites in the Middle East and North Africa. It is built around the rules and platforms merchants in the region work with: Saudi Arabia's PDPL, the UAE's PDPA and the GDPR, on Zid, Shopify and WordPress storefronts, with Salla next. The consent banner renders natively in Arabic, right to left, and in English. It sets Google Consent Mode v2 to denied by default and updates it the moment the visitor chooses, so Google tags receive the correct consent state. It honours the Global Privacy Control browser signal, and it can hold tracking scripts, network requests and non-essential cookies until the visitor has agreed. Merchants can also let the banner adapt to the visitor's country and the privacy regime that applies there. Around the banner, Arqam360 scans a site for the cookies it sets and sorts them into categories, generates a cookie policy in Arabic or English from the scan, keeps a timestamped record of every consent decision that can be exported for an audit, and gives visitors a portal for data-subject access requests. On paid plans, consented events can be sent server-side to Meta Conversions API, GA4, server-side Google Tag Manager, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Mixpanel and BigQuery. Each event carries the visitor's consent state, and routing rules decide which destination receives what. Arqam360 is available as an app on the Zid App Market, the Shopify App Store and wordpress.org, with a Salla app launching, and as a single script tag for any other site. The free plan covers one domain with no time limit. Paid plans are billed in 13 currencies, including SAR, AED and EGP. For merchants who would rather not set it up themselves, the Managed plan includes installation, testing and ongoing maintenance by the Arqam360 team.
