I think Arkose Labs has a very clever system for deterring users. The puzzles get gradually harder depending on the type of traffic it's analyzing, which acts as a real financial deterrent. I also appreciate that the user interface and the tool itself are super easy to use. The team is very receptive and constantly provides proactive feedback, making the journey as easy as they can for us. Arkose Bot Protection has significantly reduced credential stuffing and automated bot attacks on our platform. Their team is also quick to respond whenever rule updates or implementation adjustments are needed, which has made ongoing maintenance much smoother. There isn’t much to dislike about the platform. However, it would be very helpful if we could manage our own lists so we can force a challenge based on IP or other attributes. Right now, we can whitelist, but the option to force a challenge would be greatly appreciated. I really like Arkose Labs for its great bot protection for our online banking. It's a great product because it effectively detects and prevents malicious traffic by challenging only the suspicious traffic, which helps keep our customers safe. I find the customer support wonderful, as it makes it easy to maintain and enhance our platform while keeping customers happy. I like how good the quality of Arkose Labs is. They do a really good job of managing to protect us from attacks while allowing legitimate users to come through, which I know is a hard problem to solve. The invisible detection feature is really good; it does all the fingerprinting and analysis of the device so our legitimate users basically don't have any extra friction in their login.
