Their challenge response system is dynamic and is much less invasive than the traditional CAPTCHAs, which is useful in shaping legitimate users through the system whilst preventing automated attacks. Dashboard and analytics are also truly helpful - it is not hard to see the attack patterns, comprehend the levels of risks, and explain the decisions to internal stakeholders. This can occasionally be time-consuming when it comes to some of the first tuning especially when you have complicated traffic patterns. The challenge sensitivity has to be fine-tuned a bit. I'd love more of the slow and low attacks to be more proactively detected and mitigated. The feedback loop can sometimes be tedious to get right.
