# Aria Dental Reviews & Product Details

Aria Dental is AI voice receptionist software designed for dental practices. The software operates around the clock to answer calls, schedule appointments, and sync bookings with more than 27 practice management systems, including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental. Synchronization completes in under 30 seconds. The system identifies returning patients by phone number and creates records for new patients during initial calls. It manages cancellations and rescheduling while supporting bilingual communication in English and Spanish. Emergency calls are routed as needed, and SMS confirmations are sent automatically. Additional capabilities include pre-screening questions, insurance estimates, recall campaigns, review collection, WhatsApp follow-ups, and treatment reminders. Setup takes approximately 15 minutes with guided configuration.
