Aria works straight out of the box. Having worked for SaaS vendors for many years now, many have embedded various AI features into their offering.

Aria is unique in the way this is executed, as I found AI prompts guiding my thought process in the right direction and encouraging me to think more strategically about refining project goals, timelines & scope, rather than handing off to an AI assistant to think & complete complex tasks for me.

The end to end connection and flow between customer requirements and billing, with delivery discipline in the middle. No other tool does this and usually that means juggling between multiple tools at once. The outcome is of course errors, lost context and most likely an unhappy customer and a burnt out delivery team, cracking their heads to find out when and why customer requirements changed and how cost has drifted so far from the baseline. It’s early days and the tool keeps getting more capabilities enabled every week!. This means for now, having to constantly review ways of working with the tool to gain mastery. Once the dust settles, I have no doubt in my mind that this tool will be a category leader. Having everything in one place. As a PM, I’m usually jumping between project plans, budgets, reports, resources and client information. With Aria, I can see my projects and what needs my attention from one dashboard.
