No other tool does this and usually that means juggling between multiple tools at once. The outcome is of course errors, lost context and most likely an unhappy customer and a burnt out delivery team, cracking their heads to find out when and why customer requirements changed and how cost has drifted so far from the baseline. **What do you dislike about Aria?** It’s early days and the tool keeps getting more capabilities enabled every week!. This means for now, having to constantly review ways of working with the tool to gain mastery. Once the dust settles, I have no doubt in my mind that this tool will be a category leader. If you run an agency now is a good time to get onboard, share your feedback and shape the future of the tool. **What problems is Aria solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Aria I have a seamless end to end view of customer requirements, to delivery progress, time tracking milestones, reporting, approvals and billing. The team have created a one stop hub for agencies and customer facing teams to be able to manage all facets of work as well as the paperwork around it. Honestly this should have existed decades ago. ### 2. As a PM, I’m usually jumping between project plans, budgets, reports, resources and client information. With Aria, I can see my projects and what needs my attention from one dashboard. The AI assistant is a huge plus too, being able to generate reports and SoWs in a few clicks takes a lot of the admin out of project management. **What do you dislike about Aria?** Nothing so far, it has huge potential and new features are being released regularly. **What problems is Aria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aria brings project information that would normally sit across multiple systems into one place. The dashboard highlights everything that requires your attention and removes the mental load. It saves me time, reduces admin and makes it much easier to stay on top of multiple projects. ### 3.
