The model is hybrid. Simple cards live where parts move on the shop floor, and a scan triggers an order through the digital backend. Supplies show up. Nobody counts anything. Arda scales from single-line machine shops up through Fortune 500 plants. Start with one part or one production line and grow from there. No months-long implementation, no rip and replace, no fight to get the shop floor to use it. The easiest way to do the job is to scan the card, which is why compliance holds where most software loses it. Distributors and vendors use Arda to run VMI and CMI programs their manufacturing customers actually self-serve, replacing manual count visits while keeping the order flow. You can start incrementally and over time add more. It doesn't create any big workflow changes. I just pull some items from the shelf, realize I'm low, scan the card with my phone, and then later on can order everything I need. The barrier to get started is nonexistent. **What do you dislike about Arda?** Would like to see more historical purchasing, costing, and forecasting. I can't compare how much something cost today vs a year ago, and its not easy to recognize I'm going through an item faster, and might want to start ordering more each time. **What problems is Arda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Arda has made it easy to start implementing inventory management. To know what I have, where I get it from, classify them by use case and where they live, and know what items I need to order. ### 2. Being a very custom business, we appreciate working with other people who are receptive to specific needs as well. **What do you dislike about Arda?** The only downside to ARDA is just not being a polished product. However, the Arda team promptly addressed any issue or feature request I sent their way! **What problems is Arda solving and how is that benefiting you?** At Blackwell Engineering, a one-man machine shop, Arda Cards has transformed my workflow. I’ve minimized time spent on inventory management and maximized my focus on filling customer orders and responding to inquiries. The platform was easy to implement, and the Arda Cards team provided prompt, reliable support throughout. It also has reduced the number of hours we spend on managing supplies by about 90%. This time has gone into sales and launching 3 new products in the first 6 months of having Arda. ### 5. Arda did everything we wanted and more out-of-the-box without any significant effort from our end. Arda also has an awesome customer support team that is always willing to help. **What do you dislike about Arda?** Can be a bit overwhelming when you start using it and takes some time to get the hang of it. **What problems is Arda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Arda makes purchasing consumables much quicker and tracks orders without digging through emails.
