"Amazing tool, Easy-to-Build Questionnaires, bid sheets with Fast, Helpful Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

This tool is amazing. Very friendly to build questionnaire, ask questions to the wizard and help them answer questions. Creating the broker scorecard. The only problem we had was creating the bid sheet, I can't remember why we had problems but it was some technical issue. Easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archlet?

There was an issue when we tried to upload the bid sheet. Mason fixed it for us, but I can't remember what the issue was. We struggled a bit before asking for help. Once we asked for help Mason was able to resolve it immediately. Go Mason! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Flexible Tool with Strong Support, Time-Saving AI and Strong E-Auction Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

The tool has a user-friendly interface, and I really appreciate the developers’ support and flexibility. It saves time thanks to the AI and scenario analysis features, and the e-auction functionality is a strong addition. Suppliers usually praise the tool as well, and it’s easy to adjust templates and bidding sheets whenever needed. Overall, the tool feels fast and reliable, with no bugs or downtime in my experience. Compared with other tools on the market, and especially considering the strong support Archlet provides, it’s absolutely worth it financially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archlet?

I don’t dislike anything per se, but there are still minor gaps that need to be addressed for more complex projects—especially when it comes to cost elements and cost breakdown analysis. With stronger support in those areas, the product would feel much more complete. It could even become the most comprehensive tool on the market if it also added supplier behavior analysis and cross-project analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient RFP Management with Seamless Reusability"
5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

I like Archlet's one-stop-shop concept for communicating, where I can share information with various suppliers in one setting. This feature is very helpful to me. I also appreciate the ability to replicate previous historical tenders when running a new tender, which means I don't have to reenter all the data. I can retrieve the data from past tenders and do just a final brush-up, making it very efficient to release a new tender. This ease of handling tenders with the right format, with minimal effort required, is something I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archlet?

I find it challenging to run complex integrated facilities management tenders on Archlet. With various subcategories and locations, it's hard to capture everything in a good bidding format. We're still using an external format for this because it's just not easy to handle such complexity in Archlet right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Archlet: User-Friendly UI, Dedicated Support, and Rock-Solid Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

I believe Archlet stands out for its super user-friendly UI, the invaluable support from a dedicated customer success manager (unlike other purchasing suites where you might wait weeks for someone to call you back or even respond to a ticket), and its amazing performance with no interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archlet?

I believe that Archlet is growing very fast and will become one of the leading sourcing platforms in the coming years. That said, it still misses a few features compared to competitors, such as conditional questionnaires, supplier-specific column visibility, and a few more feedback options. "Intuitive and Efficient Allocation Tool with constant updates and improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

I like the user interface, which is very intuitive and easy to navigate, though some training is necessary, and that's provided by the Archlet team, making it very user-friendly. I appreciate that we're in constant exchange with Archlet about what could be improved, and they regularly update certain capabilities if it fits in their roadmap. I also like the way you can analyze data, allowing you to slice and dice it in which way you want which is super helpful. And of course it is finding the optimal allocation within seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archlet?

Sometimes it's difficult to navigate through a lot of scenarios. If you have a lot of restrictions to attach to a certain scenario, like above 100, 200, or 300 restrictions, it's difficult to navigate through, but Archlet is already working on improvements. It's also a bit time intensive to run simulations supporting negotiations. Checking scenarios like a 2% reduction effect is a bit time intensive and could be improved - but highlighting that this is our use case and a bit outside of the agreed Archlet scope of finding the optimal allocation. "Time-saving solution for tenders"
5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

I appreciate that Archlet saves a lot of time and effort in creating tenders. I particularly liked that I could create an RFI in the shortest time. The overview it provides when sending RFI and RFQ is really practical, and the handling of the tool is not complicated. The fact that all information is collected in one tool and can be easily queried is a great advantage. Archlet also makes suggestions based on what is important and allows for individual adjustments, which was extremely helpful since we didn't have our own templates. The initial setup of Archlet was easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-friendly and intuitive with excellent support"
5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

I appreciate the support from the AI Spark and the Archlet customer advisor as well as the support team. Every concern is taken seriously and we are helped. There are regular webinars on updates, and the tool is continuously improved. Many of our improvement requests have been implemented. Archlet is much more user-friendly and intuitive and less prone to errors than the previous system. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archlet?

Partially, the translations into German are still faulty, but this is being continuously corrected. We have no interface/connection to other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Archlet: User-Friendly e-Sourcing with Speed and Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

I find Archlet extremely user-friendly which allows me to conduct more events simultaneously with the same resources. The AI-powered analysis significantly reduces the time required for evaluating scenarios, enhancing our ability to make data-driven decisions much faster. I appreciate the tool's efficiency in saving time by enabling the copying of previous events, ensuring that knowledge is not lost and that all events are centralized in one platform. The transparency Archlet offers for suppliers is highly valuable, where communication with them is streamlined through the tool. The approachable and eager customer support team adds a lot to the overall positive experience with Archlet. I notice how the simplicity of conducting multiple scenario analyses empowers us to deliver more savings rapidly. Testing the robustness of the tool, I also find that it enables cost-savings decisions with impressive speed and efficiency. Furthermore, the initial setup was extremely easy, indicating a seamless onboarding process. Given these strengths, I rate Archlet 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it to friends and colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archlet?

Archlet is a relatively new player, and currently lacks some capabilities and different e-auction types that could enhance its functionality. These features are anticipated to be in development. Additionally, allowing suppliers to see upcoming events and share contact information if interested would be beneficial improvements since supplier mapping is a pain point for us. "Easy Setup and Intuitive UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

Easy to use and quick to set up tenders, with an intuitive user interface. AI agents (Archie and Spark) provide meaningful support. Enables instant feedback to vendors, while buyers can manage processes more or less independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archlet?

Item visibility set up is manual at the moment. Internal input fields based on bid details (different for each bid) is not resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love Archlet! Makes sourcing easy & helps me automate tasks and get the best results super fast!!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Archlet?

I’ve been using Archlet for the past year, and it has truly transformed how I work as a Category Manager. The tool is incredibly easy to use and stands out for how it leverages generative AI to automate many of the tactical tasks that typically take up so much of our time.

In the current context, where many companies are downsizing and resources are tighter than ever, it’s crucial to optimize every aspect of our work. Archlet makes that possible by helping us achieve the most optimal sourcing scenarios in the shortest amount of time.

It’s a game-changer for any Buyer or Category Manager who wants to focus more on strategy and value creation and less on repetitive tasks. I highly recommend the tool to any Procurement Team looking to work smarter and deliver better results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Archlet?

One thing I dislike is that for more complex tenders with many variables, the best price scenario analysis can get complicated and I’ve sometimes had to do it offline. However, I know the team is constantly working on updates, so I’m confident this won’t be an issue for long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
