**What do you like best about Arches?**

Paperwork and compliance was quick compared to other networks. But what stood out more was that when the first expert covered most of what we needed but left some gaps, they followed up and found someone for the rest without us asking. Small thing but it made a difference mid-deal.

**What do you dislike about Arches?**

good profiles sometimes not reachable within the deal timeline

**Recommendations to others considering Arches:**

If you need experts in Japan or APAC, they're strong in that region, worth putting them top of mind. Also talked to their sales team, they're expanding into the US so pricing is competitive right now if you're looking for coverage there too.

**What problems is Arches solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking at a potential merger and needed to talk to people with real operating experience in that space. Didn't have the network internally so we used Arches to source experts. Saved us a few weeks of trying to find contacts on our own.
