We were nervouse to work with a recruitment partner for a project we were doing where we had a very specific set of critiera and built in extra time to our project timeline as we were unsure we would be able to find the right candidates. My organization is a marketing agency focused on delivering data-driven corporate positioning to clients across the technology space. We test positioning concepts with the market and part of that is testing with the ideal target audience (prospects) for our clients in either online focus groups or 1:1 interviews. Regardless of how technical the study is, the title levels or company sizes and industries we're looking for, Zintro is always transparent about the feasibility, timing and costs and will provide guidance if changes are needed to best fulfill our needs. We've partnered with them for over 4 years and over 50 projects and have yet to be disappointed. Our data-driven insights have improved due to the quality of participants they help us recruit and our clients rave about how spot-on the participant profiles are and how valuable the insights are. What do you like best about Zintro?

Zintro is great to work with, and they're so clearly passionate and enthusiastic about what they do. While they can sometimes struggle with more niche B2B audiences, they're always transparent about what is or isn't feasible for them, and they approach every interaction with the utmost respect. For branding agencies like ours, Zintro is a great research partner to have in your back pocket — I highly recommend requesting quotes from them for research needs and seeing what they can do! Zintro is great at meeting our qualitative research needs! They're highly responsive and willing to move quickly when necessary, which allows our agency to reliably deliver quality work for our clients. We mostly do research with B2B audiences, which aren't always the easiest to recruit, but Zintro's network of experts has been consistently great. The Zintro team is organized, timely and extremely effecient. I never have to nag them for updates or wonder how the recruit is going because they are on top of it. What do you like best about Zintro?

Their wide reach and ability to dig in. They are strong globally and can go deep into the weeds to find exact fits instead of just scratching the surface. They almost always give optionality when it comes to picking the best fit while some other companies strongarm us into picking anyone that broadly fits our criteria. What do you dislike about Zintro?

They're expensive for us since but we're able to mark Zintro's work up and keep our customers happy at the same time. I'd rather fill a project and have a happy customer come back than have a perfect margin on every transaction. It pays off in the long run. We don't have the human resources Zintro has or the brand name. We also do a lot more panel work so our participants can get "stale" for some of our top customers. By using Zintro, they're getting fresh people with great insights. I also appreciate their expertise in recruiting. Much better than some of the other recruiters I've used. Describe the project or task Zintro helped with:

Zintro reached out to me via cold email. I decided to give them a try on a research project. They completed a large healthcare project with us this month. They helped us get 150 participants ranging from patients with a rare disease to doctors that treat the disease to purchasing decision makers at hospitals. These were 60 minute IDI's.

What do you like best about Zintro?

I liked how myself and three associates didn't have to do much. Our zintro project mnagers organized each participant list and showed participant qualifications for us to review. We picked the ones we liked and they took care of scheduling and paying them.

All but 2 of the 150 participants were really good, and for the two that weren't, we cut the call off before 10 minutes and Zintro found us two replacements that day.

They helped us feel confident that they could get all of the participants without us having to resort to other vendors. Every time we use multiple vendors, the overlapping experts provide a lot of noise that we have to deal with.
