We had anticipated to spend several days before getting hold of the right people, but it really took us less than 2 hours to have a first set. Truly amazing! The interface is easy to navigate, and they sort all your candidate profiles as well as chats, schedules etc very neatly, which makes it easy to organize calls and compare candidates before proceeding or rejecting. Their platform can be wonderful in scoping out a project, but if the first impression has poor service by the expert network coordinator or the expert themselves, Inex One will be blamed even though they are the platform, not the service provider. So if they aren't already paying super close attention to first-time users, they should be sure to do this. **Recommendations to others considering Inex One:** As with any marketplace, the value is in the right balance of buyers and suppliers. The current mix of suppliers on the platform tends to be niche providers of experts - either specialists in a geography or an industry. This is fine when working with a single expert network or for a complicated project, but in the majority of cases of "we want to do 3-6 calls on this industry", the ability to work across several providers in one platform is essential. As a small user of expert networks, we also benefit from the fact all calls can be reviewed & searched on their platform, so we don't have to manually file them away. ### 26.
