**What do you like best about officehours?**

It's easy to sign up and easy to apply for opportunities, and really the opportunities come straight to me, including enough info for me to evaluate if it's relevant. 
When I click - I go straight to the survey and it's clear & easy to complete.

**What do you dislike about officehours?**

There is ONE thing that drives me completely mad about this platform. Setting up and maintaing your profile is super easy too with one exception: managing the software tools and products that I explicitly mention understanding. This is a free-for-all setup and there's no way to quickly undo the done, so I get too many emails about opportunities that are less suited to me as time goes on and my knowledge changes.

Give it a try if you have expertise! It's worth it.

**What do you like best about officehours?**

As someone who regularly participates in market research surveys, I found Office Hours to be a great way to engage with companies and provide insights in a meaningful and direct way. The platform offers relevant and incredibly well orchestrated surveys which makes it feel professional as compared to standard surveys. I appreciated how easy it is to use, and the discussions often brought out more detailed feedback and ideas than I would typically provide in a written survey. It’s a fantastic way to get involved in research and have a meaningful impact on the products or services being developed.

**What do you dislike about officehours?**

Typically interactions require a fast response because most projects have a tight deadline.

Office Hours is an expert network and its primary propose is offering a platform where industry experts can be found by investors or market researchers to engage in meaning conversations about products, markets, industry trends and more.  The interactions are typically scheduled as a one-to-one conversation or via surveys.

**What do you like best about officehours?**

I like how they are a no nonsense company striving to match experts and those wanting to be informed. I was impressed with how quickly I was paid, and couldn't have been happier with my interaction with members of the team. 

I got contacted after hours on a weekend to schedule a consultation their client wanted for Monday morning. It couldn't have been easier. 

I've been very impressed with the platform and couldn't recommend it enough.

**What do you dislike about officehours?**

The main downside (which I might be able to change) is that I sometimes get contacted to fill out surveys I'm not qualified for. I also feel like I really have to jump on a survey or it might fill up before I have time to get to it.

Office hours is trying to match experts with those seeking information. Since I provide information/expertise, I get compensated, which is my primary benefit. :)

**What do you like best about officehours?**

OfficeHours is a great service that has connected me to several consultation opportunities. I've been able to share my expertise while being compensated generously for it. I appreciate that I am able to set my own rate, accept/reject opportunities as I see fit, and have a lot of flexibility with scheduling. I also appreciate the the costs and payouts are very transparent so there's no hidden fees anywhere. I appreciate that consultation firms are easily able to find me and that what I can offer does fit their needs. Overall, OfficeHours is a great service that benefits the industry but also helps reward clinicians for their years of experience and expertise.

**What do you dislike about officehours?**

Sometimes I have to take surveys just to find out if I am an adequate fit for the consultation. which is understandable, but a bit of a hassle. What's more displeasing is that I don't hear from if I'm not chosen. MInor things.

**What problems is officehours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have the time or resources to find consultation opportunities on my own, and it is hard for consultation companies to find consultants on their own time and capabilities. Office Hours is the perfect bridge to link a party in need with someone  that fits their needs.

**What do you like best about officehours?**

I appreciate the opportunities that they provide, the ability to screen projects that are relevant to the work that I'm doing, the timeline in which they reach out on new opportunities. I like the cadence in which they reach out about different opportunities.

**What do you dislike about officehours?**

It should be easier to answer the screening questions to some degree - it can take a while to answer the same questions repeatedly. It'd be great to see available opportunities where I can express interest.

No major concenrs or dislikes for me at this time using the product so far.

1- The Team is very responsive to my questions and provide clear instructions in completing the surveys and consultations.

2- The survey questions and the content overall demands a certain level of expertise . This helps professionals like us to provide us the answers that helps the clients in the end.

3- Transparent Communication and Payments are done right away.

1- Technical glitches in completing the surveys. Disqualification scenarios are unexplained sometimes.

2- I expect to have more consulting calls which I am yet to have one.

Working with Officehours is an absolute pleasure, it is so easy and seamless. Operations associates, such as Danya and Juan, are very responsive, they are very professional, and they try really hard to help analysts and customers. The application and website itself is also very easy to use, and provides all the information needed for a project very fast.

I wish they had more projects we could help with! it is such a great experience that too many projects is not possible!

Knowledge sharing. How to best share knowledge and how to reach projects that need a skillset as specific as mine.

**What do you like best about officehours?**

I have done multiple calls with OfficeHours with various clients and also done a few of survey's and they are always such a pleasure to work with. Their entire team is super responsive, they reach out to you via email, the payments are always delivered on time and they bring in the best of the best opportunities. Every person I have ever had a call with - just phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about officehours?**

Payments for survey's can't be tracked in the UI anywhere, so adding that would be a plus. Otherwise, great platform.

I have connected with multiple industry experts who are looking to talk to me in my field of expertise such as growth, experimentation, security, engineering etc., and I get to connect and learn about a lot of things. While I am also compensated well for my time.

I have started working with OfficeHours recently and so far my experience has been great. Their surveys are quite comprehensive and to the relevant topics that should definitely help the clients. In addition to that, the team is quite responsive and helpful in terms of addressing any questions or concerns. I look forward to working with them in the future too.

Good concept

Personal "concierge like" experience

**What do you dislike about officehours?**

The surveys usually drastically underestimate the time needed, even if you really speedrun it

Filled in a survey, never got paid, they claim "I did not qualify for the survey" even though I ended up spending 20-30m (!) completing it (it was advertised as 10-15m)

So it's a waste of your time, avoid

**What do you like best about officehours?**

I get to talk about something I'm very familiar with and get paid really well for it. The experience is slick, easy, and takes very little overhead. And everyone is always so nice.

**What do you dislike about officehours?**

Haven't had a bad experience yet, so have nothing to complain about.

**What problems is officehours solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I make cash by talking to people about things I know about. How can you not be excited about that. I set my price, they send me people, and I have a conversation. Easy.
