What do you like best about Archdesk?

I like how streamlined Archdesk tries to make business management. When I start a project, I like to create an action plan. This will list the critical activities and their due dates. Archdesk helps with managing these projects by creating critical workflows. It gives you a nice overview of your projects, giving you the status, associated costs and completion progress. What do you dislike about Archdesk?

Like I mentioned, I like to create an action plan for my projects. This also involves make and maintaining a Gantt Chart showing project progress. One thing that could be improved in the Gantt Chart project plans. While good, it is not as nearly as throrough as other programs such as MS Project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Archdesk:

It is a pretty robust platform. I just felt like there are a lot of options and functions. It was a steep learning curve and I still don't have a full grasp of Archdesk's full capability. What problems is Archdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

What I like best about Archdesk is the payment tracking system. Archdesk keeps track of payments for me. It notifies you when a payment is due or overdue. For me, sometimes this stuff falls through the cracks and it's nice to get a notification when payments are due. It can also keep track of when a client pays you and will calculate how much of the remaining balance is due and will also create an invoice for the remaining portion.
