What do you like best about Arch Web Design?

Working with Arch was incredibly smooth. They really understood how to take a complex offering like ours and make it feel simple on the front end. The new design is clean, clear, and way easier to browse, especially for nonprofit leaders who aren’t super tech-savvy. What do you dislike about Arch Web Design?

There was a short learning curve with the new CMS, but Arch provided walkthroughs and support that helped a lot. Other than that, we had a few rounds of tweaks during the design phase, but they were always open to feedback and quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
