ArcGis Workforce sends notifications on their mobile or tablet device when new tasks are given, to notify them of when it will be due and the address they should go to, and they can complete their tasks right on the device. **What do you dislike about ArcGIS Workforce?** Nothing of note. Everything works as expected. Only issue is when mobile networks are down, the mobile devices for the ArcGis Workforce app tend to temporarily stop working. But that's a Mobile network issue, not ArcGIS. **What problems is ArcGIS Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communications with employers while on the job and up-to-date task notifications are great. And when I go on breaks, I can notify them with the status button easily. ### 2. You can keep an eye on their tasks and make sure everything stays on track. If there's an issue, you can jump in fast to fix it. It's a huge help for staying on top of things! ### 3. However thats not a software fault. Although some organizations may find the cost to be a drawback the overall cost to benefit ratio is still favorable. **What do you dislike about ArcGIS Workforce?** I dislike about ArcGIS Workforce capturing data and managing field resources can sometimes become tedious time consuming and frustrating. Additionally maintaining and documenting a high quality water network adds to our workload thereby hampering productivity and efficiency. **What problems is ArcGIS Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its user friendly interface and intuitive design have significantly improved our coordination efforts in task management.
