## About Arcade
Arcade is a product demo software platform that enables go-to-market teams to create interactive, no-code demos for websites, campaigns, onboarding, and enablement. It helps product-led companies showcase their product in action - without relying on design or engineering resources. Arcade is used by marketing, sales, and product teams to create visually engaging walkthroughs that replicate the in-product experience. These demos are embeddable across marketing sites, email campaigns, help centers, and social media - helping prospective customers understand how a product works before they ever sign up. Common use cases include: - Demand generation marketers embedding product tours into paid landing pages and SEO content - Product marketers creating feature tours and launch collateral - Sales engineers crafting personalized demos for outbound outreach and pre-sales - Product managers and customer success teams using Arcades for onboarding or feature education Key features and benefits: - No-code demo creation: Record product workflows directly in the browser and turn them into interactive demos - Easy embeds: Add Arcades to websites, blog posts, emails, or help docs via HTML or URL - User insights: Track views, clicks, and completions to measure engagement - Version control: Make updates to your product tour without re-recording from scratch - Workspace collaboration: Organize demos by team, use case, or persona Arcade helps teams scale product storytelling across the entire buyer journey - from top-of-funnel discovery to post-sale enablement. It reduces the friction of “showing” your product and makes it easy for every team member—not just designers or engineers - to build beautiful, engaging demos that drive adoption and conversion.

## Arcade Reviews
 ### 1. Custom demos & customer education videos that keep up with product changes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mhabeni B. | CSM, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Super easy to create recordings with the browser extension and to edit them. I used to record product videos with Loom and struggled to focus on what I was saying at the same time as clicking and scrolling - Arcade allows me to focus on one step at a time, by separating the recording step from the narration step.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

I was about to write that the only point of friction I've faced is not being able to make granular edits to the audio (e.g. removing the second of silence before I start speaking) but just saw that there is a beta feature for AI audio edits, including removing silences, so that should be resolved if Arcade continues to build this feature.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have two use cases for Arcade: recording custom demos and creating customer education videos for software. In both cases, because I'm dealing with a quickly changing product it saves me loads of time in recording and editing.

 ### 2. Record Once, Create Demos, Videos, and Social Assets Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reni M. | Property Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

This is easily its best feature. In the past, if you needed a demo, a video for LinkedIn, and a GIF for a help article, you had to record three separate versions. With Creator Studio, you record your screen once, and Arcade can turn that single recording into an interactive, clickable demo, a polished product video with automatic zooms and transitions, and professional marketing assets for social media.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

The jump between tiers is the most frequent complaint.

The Problem: There is a massive pricing gap between the Starter plan (aimed at individuals/small teams) and the Growth plan. Many of the most powerful features like HTML capture (which makes demos feel like a real website rather than screenshots) and advanced branding—are locked behind that higher tier.

The Impact: Small startups often feel "forced" to pay enterprise-adjacent prices just to get a demo that doesn't look like a basic slideshow.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traditionally, if a prospect wanted to see a product, they had to book a call, wait three days, and sit through a 30-minute Zoom.
Arcade creates "Try-Before-You-Buy" experiences. It allows prospects to self-educate and "touch" the UI immediately. This qualifies leads before they ever reach your sales team, ensuring that when they do book a call, they are already sold on the value

 ### 3. Intuitive, Polished Product Demos with Real-Time Link Updates and Easy PDF Export

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie C. | Director, Workforce AI, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Arcade is very intuitive to use, and it has helped me, along with my sales and implementation team, explain our product to prospects and customers in a polished format that’s easy to follow. One of our favorite features is the ability to export to PDF, as well as the fact that any shared links update in real time, so we don’t have to track down everyone we’ve shared assets with every time there’s a subtle adjustment.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

I wish there were more editing capabilities for static screenshots (not HTML). We’re actively building a product and want to share our product vision before it’s fully built. We pull a lot of static images from Figma into Arcade, so it would be really helpful if our sales team could update those images directly in Arcade, instead of having to bring our design team into Figma every time something needs to change.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love how nimble product demos are with Arcade. There’s no need to remember exactly where to click to navigate, like in Figma. With Chapters, we can pivot on a dime and adjust the flow as we go. Overall, the presentation quality is fantastic.

 ### 4. Replaced our screenshots and demo videos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lior K. | Chief Technology Officer, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Arcade lets us do things we couldn't do otherwise. We use it for customer education and on our marketing website — interactive demos have replaced static screenshots and long videos, and the impact was immediate.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Honestly, very little. They keep innovating and clearly listen to customer feedback. If I had to pick something, the learning curve on the more advanced editing features took me a bit of time — but their docs and support made it easy to get past.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade lets us replace static screenshots and long videos with interactive demos — both on our marketing site and in customer education. Prospects get to "try" the product before they ever talk to us, and existing customers can self-serve on new features. It's saved us a huge amount of time on calls and made our site genuinely more compelling.

 ### 5. Arcade’s No-Code Walkthroughs Make Feature Discovery Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark U. | Design Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I really like Arcade’s no-code approach for adding walkthroughs to our app. Instead of spending time setting up a traditional tooltip walkthrough, we can create an Arcade ourselves and embed it directly in the app. It gives users an interactive way to explore and understand new features.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

My only dislike with Arcade right now is their plan setup. I’d like to be able to include more people on our current plan while still keeping the cost low.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade is helping our users explore new features in our app without consuming our developer resources. Anyone can build an Arcade and get it up quickly. Our users can watch these walkthroughs on their own time and come back to them whenever they'd like.

 ### 6. A brilliant tool for bringing your product to life through interactive demos!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alice B. | Information Security & Technology Risk Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Arcade makes it easy to create interactive demos for both developers and end users, which has been a game-changer for how we visualise and communicate our product. It bridges the gap between technical and non-technical audiences effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Honestly, there's nothing I particularly dislike about Arcade — it does exactly what we need it to do and the team have found it really straightforward to use.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade helps us bridge the gap between our product and our audience by allowing us to showcase features in an interactive, visual way rather than relying on static documentation or lengthy live demos. This has saved us significant time and made it much easier to communicate our product's value to both developers and end users.

 ### 7. Fast, Easy Video Creation with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam H. | Inbound/Content Marketing Associate, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I love the automation of basically everything. It was super easy to click and drag, edit, add in sections, change up the formatting/layout and design. Easiest video tool I've used that allows me to create video assets efficiently. Everything was so fast, as well. Great stuff.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Maybe I was missing something, but I did want to change the text style on some videos. I was having an issue when it would create a LinkedIn banner, for example, and some text I wanted just on 1 line would be on 2. And I didn't know how to get it all just on 1 line. Not a big deal. But maybe I was missing something.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making videos and marketing assets at scale.

 ### 8. Great and easy to use for professional demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin R. | BI Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Easy to use once you get the hang of it, AI voiceover works great and it's free, I also liked the UI

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

In order to edit a video, you have to split it into multiple scenes instead of being able to cut and reattach. $40 a month also isn't worth it for users like me, I didn't use any AI credits, I'm an employee who wanted to make a cool demo for our leadership team, the company didn't pay for my subscription so for individual users I don't think $40 is worth it

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to create a demo video for a website I'm building and this tool allowed me to create a professional looking video

 ### 9. Rapid, Branded Software Demos Made Easy with Arcade

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy J. | Senior Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

With Arcade you can rapidly create software demos based on a company branded template. The cloud based format allows you to share editing/review tasks with colleagues. I also like the AI voice production. Very simple and quick to create your narration.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

What makes it great also limits its potential capability. It is not a full eLearning development tool. I tend to use Arcade to supplement my use of StoryLine, Rise, and other tools.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade is allowing me to enhance my eLearning topics by adding an animated, visual demonstration of a software procedure rathen than relying only on written steps. It easily integrates into learning materials with no accessibility issues by learners.

 ### 10. Interactive Demos Made Easy, Minor Editing Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I like the free tier and the interactivity provided by Arcade. The clean default design is appealing, and it's great how embedding works easily and well. I also appreciate that I can upload my own videos to insert into chunks for editing, or edit my own video and add interactivity. These features are valuable because they allow my users to have an experience that is much more experiential, not just watching a video but actively learning about the plugin and getting a feel for its interface. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

The editing is a bit lackluster; it's challenging to edit successfully as the controls are a bit clunky and splitting the videos is tough. I also found the AI insertions of text or splits sometimes good and sometimes pretty bad, and then it was hard to undo the edits it had made.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade helps me create interactive, editable, and updatable demos better than simple videos, allowing users to actively learn about my plugin. The free tier, clean design, easy embedding, and ability to insert and edit videos enhance the user experience substantially.

 ### 11. Super Flexible with Powerful AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bart v. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I really appreciate how Arcade helps us create specific use cases effortlessly for our clients. The AI translation features, along with incorporated captions, texts, and voices, make it easy and efficient. I also like how easy it is to cut videos and even make video trees, which feels super flexible. Arcade really speeds things up because it does a lot of work for us, especially with the video AI assistant and AI translations, which offer great multilingual support. Additionally, the setup was very easy for me; I got my account and could use it right away because it was very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

In the AI translations, the fields are really too small to work with, and updating them is also difficult because you don't see the full original text, and you don't see the full translated text. Also, the scrolling for longer videos with AI translations is very difficult. So that UI definitely could use some improvement.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade helps us capture very specific client use cases effortlessly, which speeds things up a lot.

 ### 12. A Game-Changer for Team Tutorials

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becah R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I like Arcade's ease of use and the accuracy of the descriptions of my clicks. The descriptions generated by the system are generally spot on, so there is minimal editing time. I appreciate that it's a Chrome extension, which makes it really quick and accessible. The interface is well laid out, giving me easy access to building tutorials. The people of Arcade are really amazing. They respond quickly if you reach out via chat or email.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

I think the desktop app is an excellent addition, but I find it to be less stable than the Chrome extension. Programs we use as a company are desktop only or only work in MS Edge, so a desktop recording function is critical. I also would like the Chrome extension to be able to record native pop ups that show in Chrome on the screen.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Arcade to record tutorials for my team, making teaching simpler. It helps me share knowledge I previously didn't have time to share and my team can refer to the recordings repeatedly. The team has reported a better understanding of the tasks when they get to click through the program as I would.

 ### 13. Great Interactive Demo Tool, But Pricing is Steep for SMBs.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I find Arcade very intuitive and relatively quick to use. Despite being quite a complicated tool, it has been well thought out as a general tool. They've done a fantastic job with where it's at today. For the complexity of the tool, the initial setup was very easy and relatively simple if you're a little bit techie.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

The pricing and packaging of Arcade are a bit steep for small to medium businesses. It's great for larger businesses, but for smaller ones, the packages are very expensive. The early packages are limiting, especially with features like collections. I think we should be able to have more collections instead of just one. Also, it's tough with features being limited to four in a chapter. A landing page with an overview of all chapters for interactive demos would be nice too. Overall, the price is now too high, especially for startups in their early funding rounds.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Arcade for interactive onboarding and demos, which lets users experience the product, creating a stronger connection. It helps reinforce learning in a more engaging way, making users faster and better at using the platform, while sales demos provide real product interaction.

 ### 14. Elevates Client Engagement with Easy Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamal P. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

What I like most about Arcade is that it's simple to use. There can be a learning curve, of course, but once you figure it out, it's extremely simple to use and extremely powerful for the price. The AI voice-over alone is extremely valuable to essentially narrate what's going on on the screens without you having to put in the effort. The fact that you're able to replicate that into multiple languages is also extremely valuable. On top of that, Arcade is very easy to set up with just a quick download and a quick Chrome extension. It's super easy.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

I think some of the items that could be a little better improved could be the availability of support. Support's actually really good. You can email the CEO whenever you need some sort of question answered or something taken care of. But I don't think it's obvious that you can email the CEO. And I didn't necessarily see any other clear options when I was using the application. Other parts of it, I think there is a learning curve, like I had mentioned, to using the system. There's a lot of new concepts that aren't familiar in other SaaS tools you might be used to. It's a completely different type of tool. Now maybe if you'd used some of their competitors, maybe it's a little simpler to understand. This was my first time using a tool like this.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade helps us share interactive demonstrations of our product with prospective clients and partners, making it impactful for them to spread our message without us being involved, reducing the need for constant communication.

 ### 15. Interactive Prototyping Made Easy with Arcade

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vik P. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

The nicest thing about Arcade is that the prototypes we can create are really easy to record and make clickable. I love how having the end consumer being able to click the actual prototype or video and then have it advance to the next functionality brings tutorials to life in a very valuable way. By making them interactive and clickable, it keeps people's attention longer and makes it clearer how our platform works, which is super helpful. It reduces the amount of synchronous conversations we'd have with prospects and customers and helps get our points across to more people than we could with phone calls and Zoom meetings.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

We have used Arcade to create some longer flows, like in-depth videos that are ten, fifteen minutes long. When we're going through the review process, it's pretty hard to trim and edit and bring clips in from one take to another. So if there's things we wanna reword, just specific sections, it often requires rerecording the full flow, which can be a little time-consuming.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Arcade to share asynchronous, interactive demos that make our platform come alive for customers, reducing the need for meetings and clarifying how it works.

 ### 16. Effortless, Smooth Tool with Fantastic Voiceover Clarity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Website.Inc A. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I love that Arcade is very, very smooth. When using one of Arcade's widgets, they are very smooth with no latency issues. This makes using Arcade a great experience compared to other tools. I also appreciate the feature that allows me to record the screen and add voiceovers afterward, which is a lifesaver because I don't have to do multiple takes. This makes demo recording significantly more efficient. The voiceovers are crystal clear, ensuring that what I'm trying to convey is correctly understood, despite my accent. Additionally, the setup with Arcade is very easy due to their instant Chrome extension which lets me start recording right away.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

One of the problems that I had with Arcade was that whenever you log in, you must log in with Google. They don't have the traditional email and password route. So if I was using Arcade on, let's say, another computer, and I don't have my Gmail linked over there, that would be a problem. Like, I wouldn't be able to use, my other laptop for recording.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Arcade because its voiceovers are crystal clear, making explanations much easier despite my accent. I save time by recording demos just once, unlike with Loom, where repeated takes were needed due to errors. I can record the screen and overlay voiceovers later.

 ### 17. Effortless Demo Creation with Room for Advanced Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raef M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I like the interactive demo part of Arcade and appreciate how the framework for recording and editing demos is pretty straightforward and easy to use. Arcade allows me to record a lot of demos without having deep expertise in editing software tools, making it easy for any end user to create engaging interactive demos that show off their product effectively. I also found the initial setup to be pretty easy and really self-explanatory, especially when it comes to setting up a space, sharing it, and giving access to team members.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

I think there's definitely a limit in terms of what I could do and not do within the platform. Once you become very advanced, you get limited in what you can do in the platform.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Arcade to create product demos, making it easy to break down our product into a video that shows users how to use it. I can record interactive demos without deep expertise in software tools, making the process accessible for any end user.

 ### 18. The fastest way to create stunning interactive product demos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KIHL M. | Webentrepreneur, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Arcade is an incredibly intuitive tool for creating interactive product demos in minutes. The Chrome extension makes capturing workflows seamless, and the drag-and-drop editor requires zero coding skills. The branching and personalization features allow us to tailor demos for different audiences at scale. The ability to embed demos directly on landing pages has significantly improved our conversion rates. The visual quality of the output is polished and professional, which elevates our product storytelling.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

The free plan has limited features, which can be restrictive for teams wanting to explore the full potential before committing. Some advanced analytics require the higher-tier plan. Additionally, loading times for longer, more complex demos can occasionally be slow. More native integrations with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot would also be welcome to streamline workflows further.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade solves the challenge of communicating complex product value quickly and effectively. Before Arcade, we relied on static screenshots or pre-recorded videos that quickly became outdated and failed to engage prospects. With Arcade, we create interactive demos that let users explore the product at their own pace, leading to better-qualified leads and shorter sales cycles. It also dramatically reduces the time our team spends preparing for demos — what used to take days now takes minutes.

 ### 19. Interactive and User-Friendly, Could benefit from Video Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cutler B. | Sr. Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I find Arcade quick and easy to create and edit, allowing us to supplement instructional content with a more hands-on, interactive experience that reinforces learning. It serves as a great change-of-pace option for taking a concept a user is learning about and turning it into a more interactive and practical exercise in a 'safe' environment, without changing any settings in a production or sandbox environment. I also find the initial setup of Arcade to be quite easy. We embed Arcade links directly into our Skilljar Dashboard and sometimes Articulate Rise modules, which is quite convenient.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

I've recently played around with the video capture experience and didn't feel it was quite the experience we are looking for from an education/training use-case. It seemed to be more focused on sales/marketing users. The pace, tone, energy are all areas I'd like more control over. I'd like to see more options for different types of videos that would reflect best practices for the selected type.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade is quick and easy to create/edit, providing a hands-on, interactive experience to reinforce learning without affecting the production environment or requiring a sandbox.

 ### 20. Efficient Video Production with Great Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber A. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I can quickly publish instructional videos from a simple screen capture of our Abodio website, thanks to the AI that provides a shockingly accurate script, saving me a lot of time. I really like the many options for voices, call-outs, and uploading additional videos from Adobe Express, which help create a professional video. The call-outs and the ability to add other images and videos (both mobile and desktop) in Arcade offer a lot of flexibility. Also, the initial setup of Arcade was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

We often need both a mobile and a desktop version of the same video. Adobe Express offers an easy way to resize a video for editing the same files to optimize for screen size and platforms. If Arcade offers this, I'm not sure how to access it.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade lets me quickly publish screen capture videos with accurate AI scripts, saving me time. It offers voice options, call-outs, and video uploads from Adobe Express, helping create short, flexible marketing videos.

 ### 21. Quick and Easy Interactive Demos with Arcade

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander L. | Director, Digital Media and Analytics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I find Arcade incredibly easy to start using, which saved us a lot of time. My team appreciated its wide range of functionality for editing and adding enhancements. Setting up Arcade was extremely simple, and within minutes, we were creating interactive demos. We could quickly pull up our demo environment inside a browser and start recording almost immediately. The ability to edit within an hour and have a full live interactive demo ready is something I really like. We used Arcade primarily without needing much integration with other tools, as it was good enough for our trade show experience.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Some of the breaks in the demo recording made additional screens that were unnecessary. There may have been more features in the higher price tiers that I didn't get a chance to look into.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade quickly made an easy, helpful interactive demo. It saved us time with its ease of use. We set it up in minutes, recording and editing live demos easily.

 ### 22. Effortless demo creation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I like the visual style and lack of requirements for engineering knowledge in Arcade. It allows me to just point to some visuals and generate an interactive flow, which is far more engaging for people around the company who can get excited about upcoming features early in the process. The setup was very easy, as it mostly runs off a Chrome extension. It's a quick way to build something interactive and engaging without fully building them.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Sometimes the AI demos don't get the tone or other things right and need a lot of tweaking to re-align. The AI can default to a corporate feel rather than knowing the specific brand's tone of voice, and needs training.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Arcade to quickly build interactive and engaging demos of potential new features, without fully building them. It allows me to generate an interactive flow by just pointing to visuals, making it exciting for the team to see upcoming features early.

 ### 23. Interactive, No-Code Demos That Feel Like the Real Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket P. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

What I like most about Arcade is how it turns a normal product demo into something interactive. Instead of sending screenshots or long videos, I can create a clickable demo that feels like a real product. It is very easy to create demos without coding. I don't need engineering help or complex tools. I can just capture flows and publish them quickly. Another good thing is that it helps explain complex products simply. For SaaS products with many steps or screens, Arcade makes it easier for users to understand how things work. I like that the demos feel fast and lightweight. They load quickly and don't feel heavy like long screen recordings. It is also useful for onboarding new users. Instead of long docs, users can click through and learn by doing. Arcades work well for marketing and sales teams too. Sales can share demos directly with prospects without setting up a live call every time. I also like that it helps reduce back-and-forth questions. Sales can share demos directly with prospects without setting up a live call every time.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

One thing I dislike is that advanced customization options are limited. Sometimes I want more control over design or branding. For very large or highly dynamic products, keeping demos updated can take time when the UI changes frequently. Pricing may feel a bit high for small teams, especially if they only need a few emos. There is also a learning curve at the beginning. especially to understand best practices for creating clean demos. Sometimes demos can feel too linear, especially if the product has many possible paths. Analytics are useful but could be more detailed, especially around user behavior inside the demo. It would be helpful to have better version control, especially when updating demos frequently.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade solves the problem of explaining software clearly without live demos or long documentation. Many users don't want to read or watch long videos. It helps reduce time spent on live demo calls. which saves effort for sales and support teams. For onboarding, it helps users learn faster because they can interact instead of just watching. It benefits marketing teams by increasing engagement, since interactive demos keep users interested longer than static content. For product teams, it helps show new features clearly without waiting for engineering resources. It also helps reduce support tickets, because users understand the product better from the start. Arcade is useful for remote teams, where showing product flow live is not always possible. It helps convert interest into action by letting users experience the product before signing up. It helps teams explain updates and new features clearly, so users don't get confused after a product change. Instead of writing long release notes, a quick interactive demo does the job. It reduces the dependency on engineers for demos. Product, marketing, or support teams can create and update demos themselves without waiting for dev time. It makes internal training easier, especially for hires. Team members can learn product flow by clicking through demos instead of reading long internal docs. It helps teams standardize product messaging because everyone shared the same demo instead of explaining feature differences on every call. It improves user confidence, since people feel more comfortable using the product when they have already tried the flow in a safe, guided way. It works well for asynchronous communication, where users or stakeholders can explore the product on their own time without scheduling a meeting. It helps teams show value faster, because users understand what the product does within minutes, not after a long setup or onboarding process. It helps teams avoid repeating the same explanation again and again. Instead of walking through the same feature on every call, you can share a demo that always explains it the right way. It makes product communication consistent. No matter who shared the demo sale, support, or product, the message stayed the same and didn't get distorted. It gives users a safe space to explore. they can click around, make mistakes and learn the flow Without worrying about breaking anything in the real product, it helps during early sales conversations because prospects can understand the product without signing up or giving too much information. it saves time for both sides Teams spend less time explaining, and users spend less time figuring things out, which speeds up the overall decision process.

It's also super easy to show users what I'm talking about when we're not on a call. I love the ease of use; there's loads of tools or micro features, but I never feel overwhelmed or confused about what to do. The UI explains itself. **Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I love using Arcade because it gives users a fun and engaging way to follow tutorials, making onboarding more enjoyable than videos. I appreciate how it takes the pain out of re-editing and re-uploading videos when our apps change, allowing us to keep tutorials up to date in minutes. The branching feature is fantastic as it lets us set up full demos for multiple use cases in one Arcade, instead of creating loads of videos or pages. Additionally, the initial setup was very straightforward, the onboarding was smooth, and learning to use the product was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

When updating an Arcade, I'd love to be able to replace steps with new images or videos, rather than creating a new step and deleting the old one.

Arcade provides interactive, engaging tutorials, making onboarding more enjoyable and quickly updating content without re-uploading videos.

 ### 28. Effortless Demo Creation with Intuitive UI

I like how easy it is to create a demo with Arcade. The controls are really clear and intuitive, which means I don't spend a ton of time creating demos. The AI voice is great too; it sounds natural and saves me from having to rerecord my own voice each time. The setup was really simple. I can clearly show a walkthrough of my product and share that with customers on a website or other marketing materials. It's also great for internal enablement.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

I think I struggle to use it for other use cases, at the moment it's brilliant for what I do use it for.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

I struggle a bit with the editing interface, sometimes I double click and it adds a new hotspot while I meant to edit the text box. Many things are oversimplified with icons that do not necessarily tell what it does, so we have to wait for the info bubble.

I use Arcade for interactive demos and tutorials. It saves time in recording and editing. I love that I can create engaging content with either videos or interactive experiences.

 ### 30. Arcade: An Educational Asset with Dynamic Presentations

These features are useful for maintaining the learners' attention. Moreover, the initial installation process of Arcade is very easy to handle.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

The studio feature where the AI does everything is very good for product marketing but does not work very well for educational videos, especially because they need to be longer.

I use Arcade to present applications pedagogically with step-by-step clicks and AI voices, which varies the format and keeps learners' attention.

 ### 31. Effortless Demo Creation with Arcade

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan K. | Technical Product Marketing Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

What's not to love! Right off the bat, the Google Chrome extension with Avery-AI interactions really streamlines the content creation process as you're getting started. It gives me a head start by intelligently filling in hotspot captions and adding animations, highlighting key areas in my demo. This helps me get a leg-up when beginning the creation process. I found the overall setup and getting started with Arcade to be an extremely easy and pain-free process.

Their support team is also incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether that be feature suggestions, troubleshooting, or best practice guidance - they're so dependable and easy to work with. They genuinely want their customers to succeed and make the most of their investments - I can't thank them enough for that!

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

One thing that gets a little funky is when dealing with the screen size / resolution of pre-recorded content or when recording from various windows. If it isn't the same across all content, the experience looks a little funky when the screens don’t align perfectly. To the average person, they may never notice, but to someone with a keen eye for that level of detail, it's something to take note of when getting started. Keep this consistent across all recordings, this way assets can be reused without having to re-record in new resolution.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade helps create customer-facing demos that can reduce AE/SE stress by preventing repetitive demos, ultimately accelerating the sales cycle. Our sellers are equipped with demos that can be shared pro-actively, as CTA follow up or can even be used as personal enrollment assets to reinforce their own product knowledge. There are major benefits to the field and internally!

The usability is clean and clear, and the initial setup was very easy. I only have positive things to say about the software in general.

The ability to anonymize data easily

Also, I'd like some editing features in the creator studio, like cropping or zooming in videos.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

When I didn’t like a video, I was confused on how to iterate on it. It would be helpful to have a drag-and-drop storyboard for better visualization of where I can move clips around. Also, it took me a second to understand how things worked.
