**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Arcade has revolutionized the way we deliver exceptional customer support. This powerful tool has streamlined our processes and significantly improved the overall user experience. The video creation and sharing features are a huge time-saver. We can quickly produce high-quality demo videos and tutorials to address specific customer needs.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Some features around building videos could be improved. Some competitors in this space are better in the AI voiceover and templating features.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our line of work we build a lot of user guides for customers to test features prior to buying our software. Previous to this tool, it was very cumbersome to build slide decks with screenshots. This tool has significantly reduce the amount of time and effort spent on these tasks.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

The interactive demo edit section. It is so easy to edit path you have made, and there is lot of options how to modify what kind of things you want to show during the path what potential customers are going through on your web pages.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Now when I haven't put any interactive demos or videos live, I cannot tell if it's been visible also in live, but at least now Arcade's logo is in right down corner in every path and videos what I've done. I do not like that it is there, and I haven't found the way to get rid of it. But maybe it is not there in live versions.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Arcade we can show and tell to our potential customers, how our product can help professionals day-to-day life at their workplaces. Our product is quite complicated to explain in a couple of sentences, so Arcade has made it possible for potential customers to understand the product's benefits.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

I like the ability to walkthrough the product and add context throughout to tell a story. I also like that they are continuing to add features to the product. It is affordable. It is easy to use with a Chrome plugin, and editing Arcades is pretty easy.

Some of the features aren't as far along as I'd like.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

It's super intuitive and I have the chance to create shorter or longer Versions of my Arcade. Also video Creation is pretty easy with arcade. It was set up in a couple of minutes and were ready to go.

Lead tracking is not great but with Hubspot we found a pretty good workaround :)

Giving potential customers a first insight over the software without them being overloaded with videos.

Super easy to use. Chrome plugin makes it a snap to get started. Flexible enough to use as a sales and customer success tool!

Analytics could use some improvement (some lag between viewing the walkthrough and appearing on analytics page). Would like to see deeper integration with our CRM [Hubspot].

It's so easy to setup Arcade for your website. 

One can easily create interactive demos in just minutes for the website

Nothing to dislike really. I wish they add more useful features in the future. I know they have raised funding.

The traditional method of product tours requires some amount of coding or significant time investment. Arcade makes it easy by providing a no-code platform so even nontechnical teams can rapidly build and publish interactive demos.

Their IP tracking to be able to see what accounts are interacting with the virtual demos and integrate that into our CRM helps our account based motion

The pricing is a little strange. It makes sense to upgrade to enterprise after 5 users

There is nothing I dislike. I'm missing a few features, such as being able to add animations on top of screencasts or add tags to arcades, but I hope they'll be added in the future.

They're always adding new features and updates and communicating about it in their changelog which I appreciate!

Adding additional scenes into an Arcade can sometimes feel clunky - there's a lot of copy pasting and tabs open.

the screencapture functionality with ability to customize the screengrabs after the initial capture. This includes the edit of where the focal point is visually, but also the written and audio help text that's possible to add.

if I'm overly clicky during recording there's many screens to delete while in edit mode and it seems you can only delete individually.

I like how the demos are interactive. When we send it out to customers, there is no doubt that they will learn by doing. This eliminates the need for follow up calls and communication.

No real downside. It also works on mobile, so we are happy about that.

We have a new platform with a user base that is not very technically savvy. Being able to create interactive demos has made it simple to support new users.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

The tooling provided is intuitive and easy to use. I appreciate a product that is well built and arcade is a well built product.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Not a big fan of per user pricing in general. Being part of a startup this pricing approach is not always optimal.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Arcade makes it easy to showcase how our product works when it has all the data and features enabled which for new customers is really impactful. Also make it so that our product team can create demos without having to lean on engineering to prepare data or work on demo accounts.

Arcade is easy to use and looks professional. It's a great tool for creating content for customers that can be re-used. The engagement tools are helpful in understanding who has looked at Arcades as well.

I'm not sure if you can create Arcades for mobile apps but this would be a great feature.

The things that I love most about arcade are the cleanliness, professional use, and ease of use of the tool. Super easy to create from 0 to 1!

The big thing I'd love to see more of from Arcade is better AI features and functionality for quick updating and auto-updating that I'm seeing in different places :)

As a presales team member, I use Arcade frequently to create guided product demos for our website and to share with prospects. I appreciate the tool’s ease of implementation and ease of use and how responsive the Arcade team is to feature requests. They’re accessible, open to suggestions, and quick to implement relevant updates.

So far, I have no complaints! The experience has been smooth and efficient.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Arcade has been one of the easiest products to adopt and use in our B2B martech stack. Unlike with other vendors in this space, I didn't have to go through the whole request demo, talk to SDR, talk to AE labrynth - I simply made an account and put my card in after seeing it fulfilled all our needs.

Recording a demo is a breeze and I love how it automatically captures clicks and cursor movements.

The customization options are immense and made it easy to integrate the demos within our brand.

The UX could be improved a bit. There's a lot of customizability and options and I found myself lost at times, but this is a struggle that I've found with similar vendors and not something unique to Arcade.

We wanted to create interactive product demos that could live on our site that didn't require involvement from our engineering team or have an drawn-out integration process involving onboarding.

Being able to embed as JavaScript, video, and GIF (!) opens up a lot of use cases for us in marketing campaigns whether it's product pages, landing pages, or video ads. It's allowing us to increase engagement within our ICP.

My explainer videos built in Arcade are more interactive and help to increase engagement with my audience. There are plenty of features to help dress up the videos aesthetically, but the enhanced navigation and interactivity compared to a normal video have really freshened up our approach. We are just starting out with the transition to Arcade as part of our product adoption initiatives, but we are hoping the interactive features improve overall buy-in from our users. We've already built quite a few demo videos and published them to our knowledgebase.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

There was a bit of a learning curve to learn the platform and all the features when building the videos, but I think that's to be expected. There are some features within the user interface that aren't as user intuitive as they could be when creating content. I don't like that the recording feature is limited to the web browser, as we often have to record things outside the browser (desktop applications, etc.). However, I can record a standard MP4 and import it, which is fairly simple, although not as streamlined.

We were creating Youtube videos for our internal user base, which became tricky for hosting purposes and keeping content unlisted. While our videos were acceptable, they weren't as flashy or engaging as they could be. Arcade offers a more interactive solution, and the advanced editing features allow us to create content tailored to our audience. We also enjoy the AI voiceover feature, as it cuts down on our time spent recording audio and editing it alongside our screen capture videos.

Creating a demo with Arcade was super easy. You just walk through the demo like normal, and Arcade does most of the heavy lifting. After it's done, you make some edits to perfect it. It felt like editing a slide deck, which is both familiar and intuitive. All-around, it's a great option.

Updating the demo has been very simple as well. As our product changes, making updates to the demo is pretty quick, and it seamlessly changes across everywhere we've shared the demo, in real time.

Honestly, they've built a fantastic tool.

Arcade makes blogs and trainings interactive, which is trainees often need to remember steps, dashboards, and whatever a trainer wants to teach.

It is easy to use and very intuitive; offers a great number of features for personal use or for collaboration among teams.

Arcade offers exceptional insights on views and interactions with published arcades, which is quite a powerful feature.

Finally, I see several improvements in a short time, which tells me that Developpers and Engineers are actively working on it, implementing and expanding new features.

Arcade is super simple to work with. In just a few minutes you can make a comprehensive demo with no complex video production knowledge required!<br><br>The recording is all available in your browser; you add the extension, select the record or capture option you want and that's it! The option to customise the page you're recording is invaluable as well, especially when working with sensitive data. Rather than having to manually edit screenshots or recordings, Arcade does it all for you.<br><br>The editing options are also very helpful, with blur and pan/zoom features to make more of the recordings.<br><br>All updates happen live so there's no need to keep track of multiple versions. You also get multiple export options or an embed code - which is perfect for using in multiple locations.<br><br>Very happy with this product!

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

The main thing I'd like to see are more post-recording editing options, for example in the overlay text styling. Just to add some extra brand touches.<br><br>Other than that it does what we need and I haven't encountered any issues so far for our use case.

Arcade is extremely helpful for us as a way of recording and automating solution demos. We've been creating Arcade for use in our own marketing and pre-sales activities, and interestingly enough we've also created Arcades for our certified partners to use in their own initiatives - with specific branding, CTAs and information relevant for their respective audiences.

We've also used Arcade at conferences and seminars with high interest from attendees.

It's been very easy to implement - install the browser extension, hit record, edit the tour and ship it out. I can't say much about Customer Support because we simply haven't required support. It's so easy to use. But we've been in contact with product engineering regarding feature requests and they've been extremely helpful and delivered new functionality in remarkably short time.

We've received very positive feedback on our Arcades from prospects looking to learn more and customers looking to expand. Extremely effective.

The AI-capabilities in Arcade are also very helpful and solidly implemented.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

There aren't really any downsides to Arcade. We've looked at five different tools that solve the same issue, but Arcade turned out to be the easiest, cheapest and most compatible with our needs. Some tools can fly to the moon, but we only need to drive to the nearest city, metaphorically.

We needed to scale our demoing and to provide product information more engaging than screenshots and e-books. Arcade delivers this and more. Billing per user per month enables small teams who are just starting with interactive demos to test the tool without much commitment of multiple seats (other providers start at 3-5+ seats). I evaluated 10+ competing tools and Arcade has the best comms related to their changelog and product roadmap (explained through Arcades of course!). The transparency creates trust in their team developing the product further.

The only reason we decided to move on with another tool is that Arcade at the time of writing did not support HubSpot integration that would give us the possibility of custom forms. However, they're working on this and so we're keeping Arcade on our radar.

I discovered Arcade while researching demo platforms for a project. It was touted as an ideal choice for smaller companies considering an initial foray into more expensive demo platforms. This claim proved accurate. Prior to beginning, I thoroughly read the knowledge base, which made the setup process swift and straightforward. I particularly recommend the growth plan, as it strikes a balance between functionality and value.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

However, there are areas for improvement. Support responses via chat are slower than desired. Another issue is the lack of a feature preventing viewers from advancing to the next section until the AI voiceover finishes. Currently, exporting the Arcade recording as a video is a workaround, but this requires viewers to watch the entire video, and there's no guarantee they will remain engaged throughout. I raised this concern with chat support, and it has been added to their feature request list, so I am hopeful for a future update. Lastly, a useful tip: ensure all recordings and screenshots are in 1200 x 800 dimensions to avoid blurry or cropped screens.

We utilize Arcade for several purposes: it enables clients to self-onboard outside our paid support plan, provides training material for new members of our support and customer success teams, and will soon enhance our knowledge base and help center with its gif feature. Additionally, we create customized Arcades and gifs for clients requiring extra guidance on our platform. A notable aspect is the AI voiceover, which sounds remarkably human-like, provided the input text has correct grammar and punctuation.

- Free tier - we needed a demo tool quickly to include on our website but we weren't ready to pay for it right away since we were at an early stage. Arcade was the only tool I found that offered a real free plan.<br>- Transparent pricing - none of the "call us" bs - I knew exactly what I was signing up for<br>- Affordable - the Pro plans still made sense for us as we projected our growth further. I researched competitors and was astonished to find out you could charge thousands of dollars per year for a demo tool<br>- Immediate, product-led sign-up - again, none of the "talk to sales" bs - we could start immediately<br>- Intuitive, sleek UI - I got my first demo together in a few hours, then get the code snippet into our website right away so implementation was no issue either<br>- The Free plan covers the basic features needed in a demo while the Pro plan includes those features which make your life easier when making a lot of demos - I think it's a really fair breakdown between the plans since you can get real value out of the Free plan when you're starting out but then switch to the Pro plan when you're growing and have less time on creating new demos

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

- There were some minor glitches with how the screen captures were done (we had dynamic pages in our tool) but I managed to find a solution to them quite quickly<br>- The customer support team did take several hours to respond (but then again, we were on the free tier)

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

The best part about Arcade is using a product that is backed by a welcoming, supportive, and thoughtful team. The product is always stable and new releases include customer feedback and incredible enhancements.

Arcade is extremely easy to use. The extension makes it easy to pick up where you left off and adjust your screensize to create standard Arcades that look amazing.

Arcades are also really easy to include across your support platforms. I like using Arcade's Embedly link and their iframe. Sometimes other products require a little backend coding to account for the Arcade aspect ratio, but overall it's pretty easy to configure.

I use Arcade across multiple support platforms including our help documentation and enablement center. I'd love to explore using Arcade a little further with one off customer questions, etc.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Sometimes I have really tricky product experiences I want to include in an Arcade and I'm sometimes limited with images, videos, and GIFs.

I also feel a little limited with their organization structure. However, I can tell the team is working really hard to bring this to the product.

Walk customers through our product quickly without having to maintain endless boring videos.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

The free trial features are generous and let us get a feel for the platform. Creating and editing demos is extremely simple with the Chrome extension and image imports. The results look and feel great with excellent prospect engagement outcomes. One of our products biggest selling points is its simple and easy to use UI. With arcade, we're able to showcase that to our prospects to immediately capture their attention.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

It would be nice if the Pro plan offered at least some basic analytics data. Lead capture form before playing an arcade demo isn't natively available.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showcasing product features in an engaging way while saving time in meetings to demonstrate basic features that can be shown in an interactive demo. Helping to better present our product differentiation (UI/UX design) which cannot be communicated via pictures or videos alone. Prospects can get a preview of UX and functionality before reaching out to sales.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

How quickly you can whip up a "how-to" guide in comparison to a wordy and confusing document full of screenshots. I love the idea of "show, don't tell" and offering a more interactive experience to easily get someone on board with how to do things. So many editing capabilities, love the pan and zoom and all the call out options as well! Excited to integrate Arcades in our courses, emails, blog posts and more!

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Would be great if we could upload our own mp3s for voice overs, as well as closed captioning capabilities without the need to use synthetic voice.

Replacing the manual and painful process of videos. Following the trend of interactivity, micro-learning, short-form content creation to quickly help customers adopt and understand our platform better.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

It is good to use for demo presentation or software promotion in arcade. We easily place the points by mapping on the screenshots. It can be easily uses and added to the website with an iframe and the browser does not block the iframe. I haven't needed customer support yet. I have been using it for 3 months.

We cannot see users' statistics in the free version. But it works fine in the paid version. The growth package should also be sold individually. 5 user requirement should be removed

I love how easy it is to use. I've also started to use the GIF export function to generate GIFS to include in our product's release notes in emails and docs!

It's quite expensive for each user seat. I don't find the AI writing feature particularly useful.

It helps us very easily create training videos for new and existing features within our product.
