It's incredibly easy to use and has the flexibility to create interactive product demos that reflect our brand look and our tone.

I also like that we can track leads of demo trials back to the CRM.

I haven't used it long enough to pick up specific things that I don't like.

It saves our product managers and marketers time from having to create recorded demos with voiceovers. With Arcade I just come up with a workflow I want to show case, write the captions for each step and use the AI-powered voice over to read the instructions.

I like how Arcade makes recording demos of our solution easy. Instead of dealing with plain video recording and editing, it simplifies the process to produce quality demos. I appreciate that Arcade automatically makes good stop points and knows when to take screenshots, even if it's not perfect all the time. Setting up Arcade was easy for me.

Scripts are sometimes not relevant and don't have many features, like adding a textbox or tooltip.

I like best about Arcade is how easy it is to jump in and start learning. The platform’s really interactive, and I’ve picked up new skills just by experimenting with it. For me, the ease of use is a big plus. I use it pretty often because it’s fun and doesn’t feel like traditional studying. It’s got enough features to keep things interesting without being overwhelming.

I use Arcade for creating product explainers, and I find it fast and intuitive. People are familiar with using it, which makes it comfortable for collaboration. I also like that it's easy to edit the journey and appreciate its drag-and-drop functionality. The setup was easy for me too.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Arcade delivers a very strong performance out of the gate. Its screen recording tool and video editing capabilities are extremely intuitive. After a couple of days of usage it becomes a second nature to hit the recording keyboard shortcut whenever you want to explain something to a colleague or a potential customer - in most cases the software does the rest of the work for you, with minimal edits only. The best testament to how satisfied I personally was is the fact that two days after the first license, we were getting two more and I was sending my team Arcade demos that I made on how to use Arcade.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

There are some functions that feel clunky, showing that it is a startup software still. Nothing, nevertheless, that would come in the way of getting very high value out of the product (or make you want to scream in frustration).

Arcade allows me to very simply create intuitive product explainers and videos. It cuts the production time multifold and is much more customer-friendly than any other video format.

Arcade is so intuitive and easy that you can get started quickly. You'll discover more features and get better as you go, but it's not hard to start. The demos are very professional looking and helpful for customers. The new AI tool also makes building easier, and I particularly like how it creates screenshots that can be easily duplicated and edited.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

1. I would love to have more than 4 buttons on the chapters!
2. This isn't a downside, exactly, but our product has a lot of components and features, so we need a lot of Arcades. We're still trying to figure out the best way to move customers between the various Arcades depending on what they're interested in.

We were using a lot of videos, but our product is updated frequently, and the videos always needed to be recreated. It was taking way too long to create and recreate them. We wanted to try Arcade because it looked easier to replace a few steps. We were also hoping the interactivity would be better for helping users learn how to use the product.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

Very easy to onboard. Intuitive user experience, backed with good help docs, getting started templates, and online support. Arcade demos can be created in minutes with the help of embedded AI. And for a more polished marketing asset, the tool makes it a snap to take a quickly captured demo and in no time make it ready for your web site, or lead generation activity. I can see Arcade use-cases across the enterprise - for pre-sales, for marketing, in customer support and onboarding and for engineering teams.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

There is nothing that I really dislike about Arcade, but I have already created enough demos to make it a challenge organizing them. It would be great to have some subfolders to build a storage taxonomy.

**What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demos can be expensive to build, host, clone, and support. With Arcade, demos of complex products can be easily captured and used to engage with customers early in their buying journeys. Professional video demos are expensive to build, and are often outsourced. With Arcade, the work can be brought in-house.  Interactive demos put users/buyers in the driving seat and are more engaging than videos - while the market is full of options in this area, I find with Arcade I can build interactive demos quicker. Even recording a PowerPoint presentation with a talk track is no problem with Arcade.

It’s so easy to use, with a clean and intuitive UI that makes creating stunning demos in just few clicks. The constant product improvements keep adding value, and the speed is great to have, what used to take us weeks to experiment with now takes just hours.

It’s not just for top-of-funnel demos either; we’ve found great additional use cases like building portfolios, creating personalized demos, and enhancing sales outreach. It’s the best interactive demo product I’ve come across for storytelling and team collaboration.

I stumbled on Arcade when I was looking for a simple process for making gifs.
So glad that I did because Arcade has changed so many processes that we had.
Still in early stages, Arcade provides a solution that support how companies communicate both internally and globally with their customers.
Normally, you would see a team use a Figma board to describe their upcoming feature, maybe share a doc, then create a Loom video and eventually create a gif or production video that they share externally. But that takes time and teams continue to iterate.
Arcade lets you take that Figma and make it into a video (Like Loom), but as you go from concept to reality, you don't have to recreate the whole video. You can swap out images or add in new features, change narration and more all on the fly.
PM's can let MKT take over and even CSM iterate on what the others have done.
But the biggest value is that once we have this, their auto-translation feature allows us now to support our global customers providing Closed Captioning or Internationalize Voice Over.

Not really a dislike, but just some challenges.
Like any new tool, there are some learning curves

I love the simplicity of this tool. It's incredibly intuitive and feels very similar to creating the simplest multimedia presentations in the most popular programs. It's so easy to use that I encourage other teams to create demos on their own.  

Previously, our process involved gathering data, preparing materials for stakeholders, and then going through a review process. Now, that no longer makes sense—recording a demo is 95% faster. The simplicity of Arcade can save several hours of collaboration on a project.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

I miss the option to create screenshots from a single video file automatically. Right now, it has to be done manually. AI could easily recognize all the key frames and automatically generate separate views.

Arcade is a very easy-to-use yet powerful tool. I especially appreciate how seamless it is to weave together interactive elements, screenshots, video recordings, and content from previous arcades. It has thoughtful details for you to customize content. I've also been impressed with the quick support provided by their team when I've researched best practices or reached out with questions. While we originally used arcades just for sales purposes, we are now expanding to support and training uses cases based on the flexibility and utility of making short interactive demos. I have also seen new features be released over the past severl months since I first started using Arcade.

**What do you dislike about Arcade?**

Arcade is currently only available within Chrome, which is a helpful workhorse for most use cases but would love the ability to run it on my computer or via other web browsers in the future.

Arcade makes it easier to make interactive content demonstrating product capabilities, and also provides data on how those demos are being interacted with by prospects and clients. This is benefit our marketing and sales teams by allowing us to more proactively provide prospects with information about our platform to qualify leads. Arcade provides our business an interactive experience of our product, which can be difficult to explain without showing.  The platform is intuitive, making it easy for us to build demos quickly with the chrome extension.

Arcade also integrates nicely into our CRMs and other parts of our tech stack so we can track the key accounts engaging with our arcades.

Although Arcades can be easy to build using the chrome extension, I do find myself sometimes spending longer than I'd like tweaking the experience. I'm looking forward to trying the new HTML Capture, which lets you modify page elements.

Arcade provides us click through demo experiences of our products particularly to help educate our prospects about the different solutions we provide. Arcades have been very helpful in our ABM campaign strategy. Using hotspots helps callout specific value props within our tools which drives home our unique selling propositions.

**What do you like best about Arcade?**

First of all, AI voices are amazing; they don't sound robotic, they have great intonations, and, most of all, they are of great quality. We have tested different tools, and the "good" voices always cost extra and were not that good. 
Adding the text for the voice-over to read is also super simple and great. The fact that you can embed the videos, turn them into gifs, and share the content easily makes the whole process much simpler.

I wish there had been more flexibility regarding the size and shape of the zones that needed to be highlighted or zoomed in. I would love for call-outs to link to external content and not just other sections of the app ie. another video or documentation (might be possible, but I have not succeeded).

Until now, we would record and edit our own voice overs and this takes a tremendous amount of time and efforts. Making sure that our voices are weel rested, that we always are at the same distance of the microphone.... a lot goes into proper recording. Now I can simply stay at my desk and work on it in between meetings. This made my life so much easier

It is very easy to use for a new user as it easily gets integrated on your browser with just a download from the arcade website.
In terms of customer support. the Team has been exceptional in handling any queries at any given time.

The per-seat pricing model doesn't quite align with how we see the value, as some of our team need to use it occasionally, and some only need it to browse the arcades we've recorded.

Mainly price, we are a small team and a startup so paying such a high amount in SaaS for product that we dont use daily is a lot.

And i dont feel like the free plan with 3 video only is a good ramp for our setup. 

I would love a pricing plan adjusted to teams like ourse so first year is free and then you pay for the normal usage.

Very intuitative for marketing teams to build interactive product demos to demonstrate the product in action - has been a massive improvement for us to engage with leads without driving people to a one on one demo. Enables us to move prospects through the funnel faster and have more meaningful conversations.

Form embeds are a bit clunky, so if you want to pipe data directly into Hubspot, it may require a bit of custom work. Not impossible, but takes a bit of configuration.

Prior to Arcade, all leads had to book a demo with sales to see the product. This was turning away prospects who wanted to research things on their own first. By offering a sneak peek of the product with Arcade we are now building more pipeline and seeing more SQLs come through.
