Easier access to multiple PTC softwares like Isodraw, Creoparametric, and very nice syncing between CMS like windchill and offline workspaces. The element tagging is easier than other softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the capability of Arbortext to handle a large number of documents together. Creating DITA Maps and modules with the Arbortext editor is an easy task compared to other DITA-based authoring tools like TIM Infomanager, Framemaker, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much that I dislike except the user interface. There is a scope to improve the user interface of Arbortext Editor.
