I like Apromore’s approach to process mining: easy, straight to the point. You can import event logs in a variety of formats and the first thing you see is a repository where you can organize your logs and the models you discover from these, in folders – one per project or as you wish, like in Google Drive. Once you import a log, the analysis capabilities are virtually unlimited: for example, you can overlay different statistics on top of the process map, and the no-code filter is simple and intuitive, yet it allows you to define even complex filters, like SLA violations between process milestones, or violations of 4-eye principles – ideal to identify non-compliance issues in auditing contexts. ETL support and process simulation stretch the boundaries of process mining, reaching out to data pre-processing and process improvement. Apromore is a highly intuitive platform, which is easy to learn to use. The platform offers a large variety of functionalities, making it possible to do extensive process mining analysis. Apromore has many advanced features that makes working with and gaining insight about event logs much easier. Such as the filter rules are very customizable, process overview gives valuable information, comparing two event logs to find differences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it was easier to apply filters to all event logs on the performance dashboard when you want to compare different event logs. Workarounds are available such as filtering each log, saving, and then comparing, however that takes you away from the performance dashboard screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
