It is particularly user friendly as it is not necessary to write even a single line of code to extract and transform the data needed to produce the process discovery. Even building dashboards is completely no-code. It's ability to connect with any source system and pull in any process data makes it quite versatile. Ability to combine different data models in a single analysis allows developing end-to-end process visibility across an entire value stream—easy user rights management (Segregation of Duty) by workspace or analysis. Building dashboards is also straightforward. With some preparation work, one can deploy dashboards into usage within minutes instead of hours/ weeks. Training courses and training material were easy to access and were well built, with every step clearly outlined to load in data and build dashboards.
