Apromore has added several great improvements recently. The new dashboards are far more interactive and tightly connected to the Discoverer, making analysis smoother and faster. I really like the ability to add metadata to BPMN models — it turns each diagram into a real process sheet. The simulator is more powerful, and the new Copilot for Performance Insights makes it easy to get meaningful answers in plain language. The native task‑mining integration is also a big step forward. Overall, Apromore keeps getting smarter while staying completely no‑code and easy to use.

Apromore stands out for its user-friendly interface and a very accessible learning curve, even for users without a strong technical background. The discovery, conformance checking, and enhancement features are well integrated and allow you to quickly gain meaningful insights to improve business processes. I especially appreciated the ease of importing logs in CSV format, and how quickly the software builds understandable and visually clear models. The advanced filtering capabilities, along with support for time-based analysis and process variant comparison, make it a highly effective tool both for exploratory analysis and structured optimization projects.

What I appreciate most about the application is the freedom to work on all aspects of the process analysis completely independently, without having to rely on the company that manages the product.
