"Appsflyer: Reliable Attribution You Can Trust"
5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

Appsflyer is a reliable way to determine the origin of my results, without instability or inconsistent paths. In my company, Appsflyer represents absolute truth regarding its attributes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

The platform has a lot of room for improvement, with bugs that persist for a long time and remain unresolved. For example, it fails to load when I click the link in the Favorites tab, or there are data formatting issues when extracting Credit consumption. In that Credit consumption section, it should be easier to verify the monetary value of each Source's consumption; this would contribute to business decisions and validation of the actual CAC. Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Thank you so much for your review. We are pleased the measurement has proved so reliable for you. We also take on board the feedback and are always looking to improve the experience for our users.

"Good tool overall, bit complex but gets the job done"
4/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I like that it just works without too much headache. Attribution is pretty clear and reliable, and you can trust the numbers most of the time which is honestly the main thing. Also the dashboard is quite clean once you get used to it, not too cluttered. And integrations are solid, like setting things up with ad networks is not as painful as I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

Sometimes it feels a bit too complex for simple things. Like you go in to check one metric and end up clicking around way more than needed. The UI can be confusing in places, not everything is where you expect it. Also pricing is kinda on the higher side, especially if you are scaling. And support is decent but not always super fast when something urgent comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

So pleased you have had a good experience. Noted on navigation complexity and support response times - both useful as we look at where to improve.

"Clean UI, Strong Attribution, and Reliable Fraud Protection"
4/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

What I like most about AppsFlyer is how easy it is to use despite offering a lot of advanced features. The dashboard is clean and well organized, so tracking attribution and campaign performance feels straightforward. It integrates smoothly with most major ad networks and marketing platforms, which saves time during setup. Reporting is fast and event tracking has been reliable in my experience. While it is on the pricier side, the attribution accuracy and fraud prevention features make it worth it. Their support team has also been helpful during onboarding and setup, and the optimization insights are useful for improving campaign performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

One downside is that AppsFlyer can get quite expensive as your event volume grows, so it may not be the easiest tool to justify for smaller teams. While the platform is generally user-friendly, some of the more advanced reports and settings take time to understand properly. A few integrations also need technical setup, which can slow things down. Reporting can occasionally lag a bit during heavy traffic periods. Support is helpful overall, though non-urgent issues sometimes take longer than expected. The AI and insight features are decent, but in some cases they feel more like helpful extras than game-changing tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Thanks for such a thorough review. It's good to hear that attribution accuracy and fraud protection are justifying the investment for you.

The points on reporting performance and support response times are noted - always useful feedback as we look to improve.

"Interactive UI with Some Performance Hiccups"
3/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I use AppsFlyer to track apps performance and check their daily stats. I appreciate its very interactive display, which helps me understand the campaign's health easily. I really like its interactive UI. The P360 feature is helpful to track fraud rate and allows me to cross-check all of it easily. Also, AppsFlyer helps me identify the source easily. We switched to AppsFlyer mainly because of the detailed analysis we can get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

I find the processing speed can be slow sometimes. The integration process for partner collaboration is split into three parts, and each one takes some time to load, which can be frustrating. Additionally, for view-through, sometimes the whole thing is not saved, which is annoying. The initial setup with AppsFlyer can be a bit challenging when dealing with multiple dashboards. There are so many dashboards with different features that it can confuse the user, particularly the marketing one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Thank you for your review - we really appreciate the positive feedback as well as the specific areas for improvement.

"User-Friendly but Setup and Support Need Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I like the AppsFlyer dashboard mostly because it's very user-friendly. It's very easy to track the performance of the app and detect fraudulent installs, which makes it very convenient for me to access. If any clients are sharing fraudulent reports, I can identify the data match easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

Some features in AppsFlyer need improvement. The signup process takes a long time and we struggled to get support initially. It took almost four months to get agency access to refer clients, which was frustrating. The single login for everyone, including agencies and networks, is confusing, and they should consider separate logins for easier identification. The initial setup, though easy, takes too much time, especially in getting network access. This delays traffic acquisition and is something that needs improvement. "Great support and useful marketing performance insights"
5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

What I like best about AppsFlyer is the support team. They are very responsive, helpful, and patient whenever we have questions or need help troubleshooting an issue. Their team explains things clearly, follows up properly, and gives practical guidance that helps us solve problems faster.

Besides the product itself, the quality of support makes a big difference for our team. It gives us more confidence when using AppsFlyer for tracking, attribution, and campaign performance analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

AppsFlyer can be difficult to use for beginners, especially for users who are new to mobile attribution, tracking setup, and campaign performance analysis. There are many features, reports, and configuration options, so it may take some time to understand the platform properly.

A more beginner-friendly onboarding flow, clearer in-product guidance, and simpler explanations for key concepts would make the experience easier for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Dashboard, Effortless Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I am using AppsFlyer to track mobile app marketing performance stats and it solves a lot of tracking parameters, allowing me to see clicks, installs, and many other events on the platform. I really like its dashboard because it's very easy to access. When I need to see reports, I go to the light overview section and customize it according to my needs because it's simple and easy to use. The initial setup was very easy, and I love using AppsFlyer so much that I don't feel the need to use it with any other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

It would be really helpful if all the reports were made automatic. Like raw reports, P360 reports, install reports, and PA install reports, it would be great if these could be generated automatically on a weekly basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Concise, Fast Dashboard with Easy Integration and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

The dashboard is concise, which helps us quickly figure out how to slice and dice the data to get the insights we need. Integration is fairly easy, and the dashboard loads quickly as well. Pricing does change after a few years, but the account management team is open to discussion. Ongoing support is consistently available, and they take the time to listen to our issues. AI is still pretty new for us since we haven’t fully adopted it yet, but appsflyer seems to be moving in that direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

The changes is pretty major causing the learning curve of the new UI took some time, would be great if the transition is step by step Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Glad the dashboard and integration experience are hitting the mark, and that the support team has been responsive when you need them.

The feedback on the UI transition is something we hear and take note of - smoother onboarding to new versions is something we're focused on.

"Powerful Attribution with a Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about AppsFlyer?

I use AppsFlyer for mobile attribution and tracking installs, finding its robust MMP tools and precise deep linking via OneLink particularly valuable. The real-time fraud protection is excellent for keeping our user acquisition spend clean and efficient. AppsFlyer provides accurate mobile attribution, which solves fragmented data issues and protects our budget from ad fraud. It also ensures we pay for real, high-quality app installs while creating a seamless user journey that maximizes our conversion rates and marketing ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?

The platform can be quite expensive as campaign volume scales, and the complex dashboard has a steep learning curve that makes troubleshooting technical integration issues time-consuming. The initial SDK setup and basic configuration were straightforward, but full integration with custom event tracking, deep links, and server-to-server callbacks required significant technical effort and development time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Judith Arkush of AppsFlyer

Thanks for this detailed review. So pleased you are finding those features valuable. Thank you also for your feedback which helps us to continue to improve our service.
