It saves us time and it integrates with the apps we use. **What do you dislike about Appointlet?** It often takes hours to receive a response from the Support Team to questions I have. It would be nice if customers were given the ability to add recipients to the invites at the time of the booking like they can with Calendly, and for us to be able to add multiple recipients to receive notification emails for certain bookings without adding them to receive all of them. **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** It elimates the back-and-forth comunication that's often necessary to schedule a meeting, which saves us time. ### 2. I do a lot of group coaching calls and being able to add all my clients in one and a copy/paste would be incredible. **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a jam-packed calendar. Before Appointlet I would have to manually schedule each coaching calls, create a Zoom link, send out all the information, and then send out reminders. Appointlet compares my availability hours calendar conflicts, then offers customers appointment times for phone calls. It is a winning situation for customers and me. **What do you dislike about Appointlet?** Need the ability to create a meeting type that can use both pooled and non-pooled availability. **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** By scheduling phone call availability, I have been able to work without the distraction of constantly ringing phones and checking voicemail. ### 5. It is very easy to use and can do a ton of stuff. I like that you can set it up to send an invite when you place the item on the calendar and then you can set it to send a reminder. For the campaign I use this for we have it send a reminder with the call in instructions right when we place it on calendar, then it sends a reminder the day prior and then again 1 hour prior to the appointment. Now you can also integrate it with other calendar programs. **What do you dislike about Appointlet?** Well I dont think you really need as many types of meetings, such as 10 min follow up 30 min call, 30 min web, etc. But some people might think that is a good thing. I say keep it simple. **Recommendations to others considering Appointlet:** I would recommend this product highly and like it better than google and calendly **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because of my favorite feature of being able to tell it to automatically send reminders it saves me a ton of time having to send them out and try and remember and so forth. This way I get made aware of conflicts and rescheduling needs as soon as possible. ### 6. I also love that I can add other people within the company that provide services. It was so easy to set up and the staff are excellent at trying their best to help with an issue. They are communicative and active in conversation. **What do you dislike about Appointlet?** I really dislike that it doesn't even allow clients to book their appointment. It gets stuck on the 'book appointment screen' and there hasn't been a solution with my ticket to fix this error. I actually lost a booking because of the frustration of a client that could not get it to work. I feel disappointed because I thought I found my business' magic scheduling answer. **Recommendations to others considering Appointlet:** I recommend doing the trial and verifying that your appointments will actually book before going live. Also be sure to sync with your calendars so that your schedule is always on the right track! **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was struggling to schedule client in synchronicity with my outlook calendar from other schedulers and Appointlet made that very easy. That is the greatest benefit and I love that the schedule is so easy to use. This product would be amazing if its ease of setup, flawless Office 365 integration, and official booking would actually go through. ### 7. As a solopreneur I was intrigued by the wide variety of features available in their "free" version, which allows me to experiment with the full range of options before scaling up to widespread use as my business grows. Their design is easy to navigate and configure. Appointlet has already become an integral part of my CRM app suite and I'm confident it will remain one for years to come. **What do you dislike about Appointlet?** Their UI on the client side is a little busy, but otherwise I can't think of anything I dislike. **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oh my goodness, where do I begin? Before Appointlet I was booking by email, checking my calendar and sometimes double-booking or overbooking. I was losing control! Appointlet has brought me much-needed clarity and organization. Easy to customise. **What do you dislike about Appointlet?** 1. When working internationally I sometimes find that clients forget to change the timezone setting and therefore get the time mixed up. Perhaps make this selection more obvious. 2. I find it hard to see how the emails to the clients look. I have to book myself in order to see. **Recommendations to others considering Appointlet:** A fantastic way to save time if you are constantly booking meetings, conference calls, etc. Perfect for someone working in sales and have a lot of sales presentations. **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time saving and efficiency. Instead of emailing back and forth to find a time that works for both parties, simply send your appointlet link and the other party can book whatever time works for both. Super convenient. ### 9. Day 1: Agree to meeting Day 2: I propose meeting time Day 3: They agree to meeting time Day 4: I send invite This can be very frustrating and it's nice not to have to worry about it anymore. **What do you dislike about Appointlet?** The interface of the actual tool can be confusing at times, but I'm rarely inside of it, so it doesn't bother me that much. I don't believe they have group scheduling, but maybe I missed it. **Recommendations to others considering Appointlet:** It's possible there are better options out there, but I really like Appointlet. **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speed. More meetings means more opportunities. Multiple days to schedule a meeting gives a customer more time to be frustrated with an issue and starts to wear at your relationship. ### 12. The flexible design of how services and team members work is really nice. They are starting to play around the edges of truly useful features like Pooled Availability which is very promising. They also give you full control over the CSS for the hosted pages, which whilst a little tricky for non-techies, is nice if you know what you are doing. The support team are approachable and friendly and get a good sense that this is a company that genuinely wants to build a solid product for its customers. **What do you dislike about Appointlet?** The default design of the hosted pages is a little dated (but that's subjective), though the ability to control the CSS helps overcome this. Given this is a fairly simple product, it would be nice to see a quicker release of new features that are needed to make the product really stand out. There are a few specific bits of functionality that are really needed: - Ability to automatically send calendar entries to users (as .ics files) - (right now they have to manually add the entries to their calendars, which is ok but not seamless). - Better support for pooled availability that allows you to select assignment rules for which team member receives which booking. Right now it's random (assuming they're all equally available). - The ability to create links for services that are bookable for a group of specific team members. Right now, you can create a link to a service and limit it's availability to one team member, but not several. **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** A sales and customer success booking solution for our global SaaS business, with people based in Australia, USA and Korea. ### 13. However, there's no way to arrange this. I'd like to be able to block off my calendar but say that people with a certain code can still book during those times. **What problems is Appointlet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I purchased Appointlet before I hired a VA, so it was a great timesaver when I was a solo entrepreneur with no human support. I do have a VA now, but I still use Appointlet, because it does everything I need and allows me to assign her to other tasks. ### 14.
