It integrates in to our invoicing system as ell. Have been using Appointedd for several years and the software has grown and expanded in line with our requirements **What do you dislike about Appointedd?** Restricted to using 1 card payment provider which caused issues when they increased their transactions prices and we had to absorb the extra costs with no alternative **What problems is Appointedd solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a large team and managing their diaries is made easy as well as customres have access to dymanic avalibility and is easy to use for them when booking ### 4. We've been using the system for two years and it's saved a lot of time for the team (and prevented a lot of manual error!). **What do you dislike about Appointedd?** It's worked very well for our needs- i'd suggest syncing your calendar to stay up-to-date with bookings if you'd prefer to do this from out with the system. **What problems is Appointedd solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple bookable resources and use Appointedd to manage these, and the communications with the people that book them. ### 5. The system will display the dates but not the times on my device and 3 other devices I've used to access the software. I have a video from Appointedd showing my site with the days and appointment times showing but it won't show up on my micro site or my web site link. We have used other devices to see if we can get it to display but no joy. **Recommendations to others considering Appointedd:** Make sure it works as advertised, I've had this problem since using the software and I think the support team just got fed up with trying to work out why this was happening. I have to remove the software from my website as it doesn't work and I'll miss bookings if I continue to use it. I have no confidence the support team can work out why its doing this and I have no confident the software will work as it should, I can't rely on the fact the support team can see the appointment times but we haven't been able to do that on any devices so far. **What problems is Appointedd solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've sent numerous screen shots showing the appointment times don't show up, I've updated chrome, I've used other devices to access the software both on the micro site and via my web site link and it just doesn't show the appointment times which makes the software unusable. The features including tagging prove very useful for database management and searching **What do you dislike about Appointedd?** It isn’t possible to export only selected information - instead this information needed to manually narrowed down once it is in csv format. It can also take some time for support to reply. **What problems is Appointedd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appointedd has automated our lesson booking system and reduced the number of missed lessons annually by reminding students of their booking. It has also allowed us to automate some of our event and openday bookings reducing the need for administrative time and labour. ### 7. I throw it into the signature of my emails so I don't need to remember to chuck it in each email. From there all appointments are made straight to my Google Calendar. **What do you dislike about Appointedd?** The pricing is quite high if you want the more premium features, however being able to book from Facebook or your website along with your emails makes for an all in one booking engine, however again the price jump is quite large. **Recommendations to others considering Appointedd:** Quick and easy to setup and connects upto your Google cal easy.
