Applexus Technologies helped in Managing Exim related transactions encoding, reporting and documentation printing which are only India specific.

They are only software company in India to do so right who has partnered with SAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Applexus Technologies?

The product and solutioning is good. there are lot of functionalities available as standard. sometimes you need to customize but the customization is not very costly. Support is also not costly and M&S support is usually very good.

Marketing teams has good communication skills and generally not very aggressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Applexus Technologies?

On project we faced quite an issue while promised custimizations were not ready unti UAT. we had to call consultant onshore to comlete the UAT and bugs with lot of follow ups.

Consulatants behaviours are ideal and customer help focused.

What problems is Applexus Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?

Documentation for export

Transaction and reporting for imports

License encoding till utilzation and reporting

Now we have automated reports which are delivered every month to MTs for MT reporting purpose. Though this was customized but shows that software is used and valued in the company.

Now we can use licensing moidule for tracking of licenses which helps a great deal in comliance for India. Also Import BOE tracking is good, we can use LC module as well.

Optisuite is not supported by S4H and need to have better alternative to be implemented for Export related documentations in line with core S4H
