I really appreciate how Appdome simplifies the configuration of security controls, making the process as easy as ticking a checkbox and continuing to support us into the QA phase. This makes it much less complex and time-consuming compared to some competitors. I find their support exceptional, as they are very responsive, thorough in their investigations, and proactive in helping us resolve issues and answer questions. Their pricing model can be a bit confusing, especially when comparing to competitors. Protection suites / controls could utilize better naming conventions, and they could make use of more standardized list pricing with comprehensive feature-sets.
