
There are many things I like about Apideck having done many integrations directly in the past.
Here are those to shine:
1) it provides a very clean end user experience which matters a lot when comes times to expand your product. The additional user interfaces integrated well within the user experience we already provided. And that with minimal work from our part.
2) the back end to understand and troubleshoot is clear and easy to use.
3) implementing it is a breeze (as in a few hours, not days or weeks).
4) it shows they care at every step. And as an example, on a specific situation where ZohoCRM was needless to help us troubleshoot a problem, they assisted us until we could determine without a doubt where the problem actually was.
5) the list of software they integrate with is large Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Two things:
1) you have to be conscious of your API usage: it can grow very quickly and when developing it will force you to move to the launch plan rapidly.
2) the lack of ability to extend the product: we had some specific integrations we needed that were not offered as of yet on their platform (that being said they did offer to work with us to extend it for us). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
