There are many softwares that can do the same functions at lower or no cost. It was a great tool to get people's data off of their devices securely. That way they new it was safe sending their phones to us. **What do you dislike about Apeaksoft iPhone Eraser?** Back when we used it we were not able to delete multiple phones at one time. I'm not sure if they've added that feature since but that would've been a time saver instead of erasing each phone individually. Also adding support for android devices would've been nice as well! **What problems is Apeaksoft iPhone Eraser solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's bringing peace of mind to our customers that their data is securely being destroyed and dealt with when sending their iPhones to us. Lack of compatibility for macbook is also a lacking point, since there is sensitive data on there too **What problems is Apeaksoft iPhone Eraser solving and how is that benefiting you?** Storage of devices get increasingly full, and it is better to do a clean up occasionally than buy a new device with more storage.
