It is simple ,easy and open source. **What do you dislike about Apache Xalan?** I don't think as of now.if I found I will update here. **What problems is Apache Xalan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Conversion of XML into other markup is very teadeous task and it will take time .but by Apache xalan it is easy and nothing to do in that . Other departments within my company prefer HTML documents but I don't so it's very helpful to prepare my document the way I'm comfortable and content before I present it. **What do you dislike about Apache Xalan?** Nothing I dislike other than it took me a good minute to get the hang of it. There are very clear cut instructions with written code to demonstrate. The most helpful was the getting started section of the overview on their website. This software is a very good choice for beginners scripting in HTML and a big plus is there is no licensing needed. **What do you dislike about Apache Xalan?** Does not run as smooth on Mac machines as it does Windows.
