"Best Traffic server For Routing And caching"
What do you like best about Apache Traffic Server?

The remap rule functionality is awesome with great extension with mapping of plugins like MaxMind so that You can block the clients from any region trying to hit our trafficserver.

Also, it comes with regular expression matching to match any URL with the pattern. But not least the more excellent caching feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apache Traffic Server?

The complexity to understand and need greater visibility into monitoring with grafana and prometheus. The documentations need to be better to understand at ease level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Stable, Scalable, And Flexible Solution.""
What do you like best about Apache Traffic Server?

Apache Traffic Server, an efficient and fast open-source cache proxy server, caches frequently visited web pages and reuses them. It has been proven to consume 400TB of data in one day.

It's lightweight, so the download process is simple.

The website provides excellent documentation.

It is fast and can be extended by an API.

The system is quick and provides content quickly.

It is easy to set up proxy servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apache Traffic Server?

It is not inexpensive, but the value it provides more than compensates. Things move at a breakneck pace. We're always on the lookout for better methods and tools to use. Otherwise, we might have to relocate. Our reports for support were accepted a couple of times. Eventually, they did respond, but it took a very long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good proxy for cache stuff, great alternative for Nginx"
What do you like best about Apache Traffic Server?

The fact that it is an opensource project under the Apache umbrella. Call me old school, but I'm a die hard fan of apache projects, and I think I'm not the only one. So basically first would be the support that it receives. Then I can see it easy to integrate with Java applications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apache Traffic Server?

Nothing so far. I've used it in several implementations to hide Spring Boot microservices under it, and was capable enough to handle heavy loads, as well as configuring rate limiting features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
