There are two fees associated with Antavo:
1. Implementation Fee: The implementation fee is based on the effort required to implement your functional requirements. Antavo will prepare a Statement of Work with a detailed Resource Plan for the project. We provide a team of dedicated implementation specialists (Product Experts, Business Analysts, Testers, Solution Architects) to work with your team/SI partner to make the implementation effortless. - this is a one off fee in year 1 of the contract.
2. Antavo’s License Fee: The license fee is based on Active loyalty program members: members who have completed at least one action in the loyalty program in 365 days. e.g collect points, redeem points, participate in a contest, etc. Included in the license fee are: offer unlimited usage of our modules, APIs and SDKs. Pricing information for Antavo AI Loyalty Cloud is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly
accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase Antavo AI Loyalty Cloud must be conducted with the
seller.
