What do you like best about Answer HQ?

- Very easy to setup (sign up, crawl you website/knwoledge base, tweak some prompts, done)

- Exceptional accuracy in handling product questions (we were very astonished by the quality of the answers)

- Instant customization capabilities

- Easy integration with existing website content

- Maintains brand voice and quality standards

What do you dislike about Answer HQ?

- As a Swiss brand, translation to other languages such as German is missing. But: Answer HQ tweaked some things for us.

- UI/Design: We'd love to see more customizing options in our subscription. It's very modern, but doesn't fully fit our design language, yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Answer HQ has transformed how we handle customer support. With hundreds of questions now answered automatically each week, our team can focus on more complex customer needs instead of repeating the same information about our respiratory devices. The analytics have been particularly valuable - seeing what customers consistently ask has helped us identify gaps in our website content that we never would have spotted otherwise. What do you dislike about Answer HQ?

Not a dislike per say but they are a start-up so that's something to keep in mind. The level of customer service is top notch though and I never feel like my issues aren't being taken care of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Answer HQ makes it easy to find fast and accurate solutions to my clients questions. The community is active, helpful, and knowledgeable, which saves me a lot of time when troubleshooting or exploring new features. for more niche or technical questions need to build your own answers but it is not necessary a bad thing cause you can edit them too so AI don’t give random answers. So I don’t have dislike just more edit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that Answer HQ supports small businesses like ours with personalized attention. That was especially clear in the custom work they did with our team to make automated insurance checks for customers’ glasses possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Answer HQ?

Right now, Answer HQ does not support multiple assistants per account. That said, I’ve heard this is something they’re planning to improve soon, so we’re hopeful it won’t be an issue for long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Answer HQ?

Decrease my clients interactions by 80% and allowed customers to find answers to their questions through the ai instead of having a team waiting to answer calls. Helps with increased conversion with information and sales. Highly recommend. Way cheaper that higher CSR reps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Answer HQ?

Nothing specific of note. A minor change would be the ability to customize the color or design of the ai pop up to align with the brands identity better. Otherwise great service.
