**What do you like best about Answer HQ?**

- Very easy to setup (sign up, crawl you website/knwoledge base, tweak some prompts, done)
- Exceptional accuracy in handling product questions (we were very astonished by the quality of the answers)
- Instant customization capabilities
- Easy integration with existing website content
- Maintains brand voice and quality standards
- Very responsive support and product development

**What do you dislike about Answer HQ?**

- As a Swiss brand, translation to other languages such as German is missing. But: Answer HQ tweaked some things for us.
- UI/Design: We'd love to see more customizing options in our subscription. It's very modern, but doesn't fully fit our design language, yet.

**What problems is Answer HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small team that has to handle a rapidly increasing volume of customer inquiries. Besides the volume, our biggest challenge is the wide variety of questions we receive—such as inquiries about orders, coffee preparation, or advice on our espresso machines.

Answer HQ helps our customers (and future customers) getting a good answer more quickly. This helps us to reduce the number of support requests we have to answer on a daily basis. And because the AI is not limited to one language, it also helps us giving multlingual support.

**What do you like best about Answer HQ?**

Answer HQ has transformed how we handle customer support. With hundreds of questions now answered automatically each week, our team can focus on more complex customer needs instead of repeating the same information about our respiratory devices. The analytics have been particularly valuable - seeing what customers consistently ask has helped us identify gaps in our website content that we never would have spotted otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Answer HQ?**

Not a dislike per say but they are a start-up so that's something to keep in mind. The level of customer service is top notch though and I never feel like my issues aren't being taken care of.

**What problems is Answer HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customer support team was being bombarded with hundreds of repetitive customer questions a month. After installing AnswerHQ we saw an immediate decrease in phone calls and support cases.

Answer HQ makes it easy to find fast and accurate solutions to my clients questions. The community is active, helpful, and knowledgeable, which saves me a lot of time when troubleshooting or exploring new features. I also appreciate the clear organization and how searchable the topics are.

**What do you dislike about Answer HQ?**

for more niche or technical questions need to build your own answers but it is not necessary a bad thing cause you can edit them too so AI don’t give random answers. So I don’t have dislike just more edit

**What problems is Answer HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Answer HQ helps the clients come to my website quickly find solutions to technical issues and platform-specific questions without needing to contact support directly. This saves time, improves workflow, and allows me to keep the sales moving forward without unnecessary delays.

**What do you like best about Answer HQ?**

I liked that Answer HQ supports small businesses like ours with personalized attention. That was especially clear in the custom work they did with our team to make automated insurance checks for customers’ glasses possible.

**What do you dislike about Answer HQ?**

Right now, Answer HQ does not support multiple assistants per account. That said, I’ve heard this is something they’re planning to improve soon, so we’re hopeful it won’t be an issue for long.

**What problems is Answer HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Answer HQ, our team was spending about 30 minutes on each insurance check. Now, with Answer HQ automating over 80% of those requests, our team can focus their time on the trickier cases. Customers get instant answers about whether their glasses are covered, which saves us time and makes for a much smoother.

**What do you like best about Answer HQ?**

Setting up AnswerHQ was so simple. A couple of lines of JavaScript and setting where the necessary documentation was stored, and that was it. AnswerHQ took care of everything else.

**What do you dislike about Answer HQ?**

Honestly nothing comes to mind. It did exactly what we needed it to, and didn't require any extra work to keep up to date.

**What problems is Answer HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a small social club, and all of our staff are volunteer club members. Which is to say, we all have day jobs. AnswerHQ allowed people interested in learning more about our club in a natural way, without waiting days (or longer) to get a response from our contact email, which AnswerHQ replaced.

Decrease my clients interactions by 80% and allowed customers to find answers to their questions through the ai instead of having a team waiting to answer calls. Helps with increased conversion with information and sales. Highly recommend. Way cheaper that higher CSR reps

**What do you dislike about Answer HQ?**

Nothing specific of note. A minor change would be the ability to customize the color or design of the ai pop up to align with the brands identity better.  Otherwise great service. Great founder who truly understands the ai revolution and a great partner to have to optimize future business processes.

**What problems is Answer HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All CSR related questions and helps to direct customers to the right product for them.
