There are many features and capabilities that have been implemented to ensure ease of filing, tracking and accessibility. **What do you dislike about Ansarada Procure?** Ansarada Procure mostly satisfies all our needs for procurement, however, certain functionality that may be useful is being able to be able request an alternative response instead of rejecting/disclosing a bidder's answer. This way we do not need to create another seperate question to follow up if a bidder responds without fully answering the question. **What problems is Ansarada Procure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ansarada Procure provides a platform to share confidential documents to relevant parties safely and provides peace of mind. We also have the capability of disabling certain documents that we no longer wish to provide to certain parties. It also provides functionality to send and receive questions to and from relevant parties in a safe environment without the risk of leaking confidential information. ### 3. Capturing all the documentation, RFCs, Tender Submissions and Evaluation Materials in a single secure platform. **What do you dislike about Ansarada Procure?** The Evaluation Tool can be time-consuming to set up and manage and can require extensive mapping out against the evaluation criteria, returnable schedules and assessors, but still maintains the advantage of being quicker than manually collating the documentation and holds the documents in a secure manner **What problems is Ansarada Procure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ansarada Procure acts as the single platform where both Bidders and Internal stakeholders go to see the latest information and conduct their reviews and evaluation, ask or answer RFCs and acts as the single source of truth on the project ### 4. Also, the system did not allow for any duplications. ### 5. As deadlines approach, things can be a bit nerve-wracking, but fortunately, as an administrator, one can view as a bidder. Also, knowing that 24/7 customer service is there also helps. **What problems is Ansarada Procure solving and how is that benefiting you?** It made my procurement all in all better for me as an administrator of a large government procurement, participating government stakeholders, as well as for bidders.
