"AnnounceKit is everything you need"

What do you like best about AnnounceKit?

AnnounceKit allows me to manage all my product announcements from one spot and shoot them out across different channels. Users can just drop an emoji or a comment, and I know exactly how they feel about the updates. 🚀

I also like all the customization options. I can tweak the look of the widgets and newsfeeds to match my brand's vibe. The integrations are pretty slick too – it plays nice with Slack, Teams, Intercom, and even Twitter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?

I often forget all the other functionality the tool has. While I use it extensively for our changelog - there are also public roadmaps, public feature requests, NPS, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AnnounceKit solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's all about bridging that communication gap. Before, getting the word out about product updates or news was a real headache. With AnnounceKit, it's all in one place, making life a whole lot easier. And talk about engagement – it's got tools to make sure users are not just hearing about updates but actually using them.

Feedback? That's sorted too. Instead of chasing down comments here and there, everything's organized. Plus, for businesses reaching out globally, multilingual support is a lifesaver. What do you like best about AnnounceKit?

How easy it is to keep my customers informed as it's right in the app and not in an email they'll probably never read.

The customer support is second to none! It's the best customer support I've experienced. They are always quick to repond, helpful and kind.

The UI is intuitive and they've just done a very nice overhaul of it.

"Amazing tool!"

What do you like best about AnnounceKit?

AnnounceKit has been instrumental in helping us build a strong connection with our users by quickly allowing us to notify them every time we release new product features & improvements.

Its Monthly Digest email feature is also a tremendous time saver. It automatically emails our users once a month, summarising what new features/improvements we shipped that month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AnnounceKit?

It would be great to have the ability to add the user's first name as a variable in the Monthly Digest email. I have raised this with the AnnounceKit team, and they plan to add this feature soon! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AnnounceKit?

AnnounceKit has a really nice UX, it makes it very easy to create a new announce.

What problems is AnnounceKit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before AnnounceKit we here using our homemade annoucement system.

It was time-consuming to maintain this system, hard to have a good UI/UX for our users and we had very few features compared to AnnounceKit.

Now that we are using AnnounceKit, the product team can add new announcements without needing the help of the dev team. Dev team is now completely free of our old homemade system and can focus on our business features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only challenge we're currently experiencing with AnnounceKit is getting customers to subscribe. This would be helpful for transitioning new accounts from a previous distribution system to AK, or encouraging more subscriptions from users who aren't paying attention to the subscribe button in the UI. Reach out to support and declare your interest in doing a POC with the tool, they will help you get setup as you figure out if the tool is right for you.
