**What do you like best about Angaza?**

The Angaza platform is remarkable, both the app and web hub work perfectly well and are always in sync. It is easy to use for payment, inventory management, and customer data management. I work with Angaza every day for my work tasks and I enjoy the interface and new outlook of the hub. It is easy to use and understand and all vital information for my work is available on the hub and app.

**What do you dislike about Angaza?**

For a long time, I and my colleagues have had nothing to complain about. Angaza works seamlessly and hardly ever crashes both on the app and the web hub. Although it could improve in its data downloading features, it is sometimes slow when downloading large data sets.

**Recommendations to others considering Angaza:**

Angaza is one of the best and most affordable payment platforms for easy buy business models. It is also outstanding in managing stock and inventory movement. It gives us professional solutions to our business needs always. I recommend it for most medium-sized businesses.

**What problems is Angaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Angaza we can make payments for new and already existing customers, both on the app activator and the web hub.
We manage our stock and inventory, send stock to different locations and agents quickly, check stock movement history, check product details and so on.
We can generate reports and download data files for analysis.
With Angaza it is easy to perform replacement and repossession activities with simple straightforward steps on the web hub.

**What do you like best about Angaza?**

Angaza is very much a multipurpose product package that offers so much. It helps my company manage inventory, from warehouse to branches and then to sales agents in the field. It helps to facilitate easy-buy payment both on the hub and the app. Most of my company's work processes occur within the Angaza platform; the app is fast and reliable. Managing customer and staff information is very effective because we can access all necessary information about them and use them to resolve complaints and inquiries.

**What do you dislike about Angaza?**

Angaza increases productivity for us in my organization because it contains vital features for our processes. There are minimal complaints from us generally.

**Recommendations to others considering Angaza:**

I would recommend Angaza as a CRM and Product management tool for any organization that offers products for sale, especially with easy-buy access. It is reliable and satisfying to use. We hardly have any form of regret working with Angaza

**What problems is Angaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized that we can conveniently manage our customer database on Angaza, and even staff information is accessible on the platform.
Angaza helps us track stock and inventory movement from the warehouse to other branches and partners.
It facilitates most of our payments made for our customers using our products either on an easy-buy basis or outright purchase.

**What do you like best about Angaza?**

Personally, I like how Angaza serves as a multi-functional platform for different departments to work together with many features that allow for more productivity and efficiency.
Angaza hub has a great design and interfaces with tabs for viewing and creating reports for sales, collections and repayment, stock movement and management, and so on.
I can make payments with the Angaza app, which is very fast and straightforward to use.

**What do you dislike about Angaza?**

Initially, I was not too fond of the recent upgrade and update on the web and app platforms of Angaza because I was used to and comfortable with the former design. Over time I got used to the upgrade and appreciate the added features that make working with the platform more intuitive and effective.

**Recommendations to others considering Angaza:**

Angaza is suitable for product and sales-oriented organizations, and it has the features and necessary tabs to accommodate the needs of such organizations. You can use it for managing inventory, customer details, payment and sales statistics and processes, and so on.

**What problems is Angaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Angaza is used for managing stock, sending, and receiving inventory on the hub platform and app.
Angaza helps with making customer payments for products purchased on easy-buy.
Data management, report generation, analysis, and so on.
It serves as a platform for managing customer and staff information.

**What do you like best about Angaza?**

Angaza web hub and mobile application have everything I need to perform my duties as an inventory and retail store executive. I like its reporting capabilities, I filter and download the necessary details. I perform data analysis within the hub by setting the parameters on the side options. Angaza is also used for product tracking and management. The app is fast and reliable. I can make payments and transfer stock on it, check for customer details, and make calls via the app. The interface is beautifully built and designed for efficiency. Setting up of Angaza is straightforward and installing the app is seamless.

**What do you dislike about Angaza?**

The only problem with Angazais that sometimes it takes a long time for the app to load, and you often have to refresh before the page loads correctly. Sometimes this can be due to unstable network connection.

**Recommendations to others considering Angaza:**

Angaza is a product that facilitates an easy-buy system of payment and customer management. It is a very crucial part of my organisations business, and there is hardly any other product that can boast of the kind of functions and capabilities that Angaza offers. On a daily basis it continues to deliver, and I promise no one would regret using this product.

**What problems is Angaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Angaza web hub is used for customer data management, product tracking and dispersing, sales data analysis and reporting, replacement and repossession of damaged/upgradeable products, etc.
Angaza app is for making payments, customer information checks, product distribution and management, calling customers, etc.
It is a very reliable and helpful application covering every sales, operations, and customer management section of our organization's business.

**What do you like best about Angaza?**

Angaza app and web hub are one of the most used tools within my organisation. I like the interface and dashboard of the web platform; the app also has an exciting look, especially with the recent update and changes in design. It gives the ability to make payments for customers, usually a pay-as-you-go system. I track product movement on the web platform and dispatch to agents on the field for sales. Also, I can quickly generate customer details with my access, run an analysis with data generated and give reports. Our agent sales workforce uses the app for prospecting and managing customers daily, and it is easy to use for everyone and usually runs smoothly with minor problems.

**What do you dislike about Angaza?**

The new upgrade of the app has not been too good; it takes a longer time for it to load, errors with making payment, and other glitches. It was working perfectly fine until recently with a change of design. Angaza is still a fantastic product and works excellently, but the update needs to be fixed.

**Recommendations to others considering Angaza:**

For organizations looking for an all-around CRM and inventory management platform, I would recommend Angaza. Its activator app and web hub are both very reliable and give accurate records and the current position of your organization's performance and status. It will help manage field sales agents, make payments, customer details and data management, inventory management and dispatch, etc.

Inventory management is one of the critical abilities of Angaza. Customer data management and payment use is a significant advantage of using the product.  We use Angaza for report generation and analysis. It is a multi-functional product that is reliable and efficient all the time.

1. Ability to manage personal information for all clients like location, nearest physical feature, contacts
2.  Ability to manage all payments and show the payment details for all time
3. Ability to show the %age of the payment & the amount remaining
4. Ability to send payment confirmation messages after a client has made a payment
5. Ability to send notifications reminding the clients to make payments before the due date
6. Ability to control and stop the performance of the products 
7. Ability to transfer full ownership to the client once the full amount has been paid
8. Ability to set your own policies and approval processes
9. Ability to enter pricing groups for the different products
4. Ability to filter accordingly

**What do you dislike about Angaza?**

1. Sometimes the systems take a long time to reflect the payments made
2. Some payments have to be created manually
3. Needs a stable internet connection which is not available in all areas in the country

1. First create the different fields which you want to capture in gathering the customer information
2. Create pricing groups and location 
3. Administer the usage rights like user and administrator

**What problems is Angaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**
