What do you like best about Angaza?

The Angaza platform is remarkable, both the app and web hub work perfectly well and are always in sync. It is easy to use for payment, inventory management, and customer data management. I work with Angaza every day for my work tasks and I enjoy the interface and new outlook of the hub. What do you dislike about Angaza?

For a long time, I and my colleagues have had nothing to complain about. Angaza works seamlessly and hardly ever crashes both on the app and the web hub. What do you like best about Angaza?

Angaza is very much a multipurpose product package that offers so much. It helps my company manage inventory, from warehouse to branches and then to sales agents in the field. It helps to facilitate easy-buy payment both on the hub and the app. Most of my company's work processes occur within the Angaza platform; the app is fast and reliable. Managing customer and staff information is very effective because we can access all necessary information about them and use them to resolve complaints and inquiries. What do you like best about Angaza?

Personally, I like how Angaza serves as a multi-functional platform for different departments to work together with many features that allow for more productivity and efficiency.

Angaza hub has a great design and interfaces with tabs for viewing and creating reports for sales, collections and repayment, stock movement and management, and so on.

What do you dislike about Angaza?

Initially, I was not too fond of the recent upgrade and update on the web and app platforms of Angaza because I was used to and comfortable with the former design. What do you like best about Angaza?

Angaza web hub and mobile application have everything I need to perform my duties as an inventory and retail store executive. I like its reporting capabilities, I filter and download the necessary details. I perform data analysis within the hub by setting the parameters on the side options. Angaza is also used for product tracking and management. The app is fast and reliable. I can make payments and transfer stock on it, check for customer details, and make calls via the app. The interface is beautifully built and designed for efficiency. What do you dislike about Angaza?

What do you like best about Angaza?

Angaza app and web hub are one of the most used tools within my organisation. I like the interface and dashboard of the web platform; the app also has an exciting look, especially with the recent update and changes in design. It gives the ability to make payments for customers, usually a pay-as-you-go system. I track product movement on the web platform and dispatch to agents on the field for sales. Also, I can quickly generate customer details with my access, run an analysis with data generated and give reports. Our agent sales workforce uses the app for prospecting and managing customers daily, and it is easy to use for everyone and usually runs smoothly with minor problems. What do you dislike about Angaza?

The new upgrade of the app has not been too good; it takes a longer time for it to load, errors with making payment, and other glitches. It was working perfectly fine until recently with a change of design. Angaza is still a fantastic product and works excellently, but the update needs to be fixed. 1. Ability to manage personal information for all clients like location, nearest physical feature, contacts

2. Ability to manage all payments and show the payment details for all time

3. Ability to show the %age of the payment & the amount remaining

4. Ability to send payment confirmation messages after a client has made a payment

5. Ability to send notifications reminding the clients to make payments before the due date

6. Ability to control and stop the performance of the products

7. Ability to transfer full ownership to the client once the full amount has been paid

8. Ability to set your own policies and approval processes

9. Ability to enter pricing groups for the different products

1. Sometimes the systems take a long time to reflect the payments made
