andromeda.ONE Reviews & Product Details

andromeda.ONE is a cloud-based property management ERP software solution that helps professional real estate administrators manage residential and commercial properties, tenants, owners, contracts, and operational workflows within a single centralized platform. Developed by andromeda Software GmbH — a PropTech company with over 30 years of industry experience — andromeda.ONE is purpose-built for the Austrian market and adaptable for use in other markets. The software serves property management companies, housing associations, and real estate professionals responsible for administering large and complex property portfolios. Core Functionality andromeda.ONE covers the full spectrum of property administration tasks, from lease and tenant management to financial accounting and maintenance coordination. Key capabilities include: - Property Database: A centralized object hub linking properties, units, owners, tenants, contracts, and associated stakeholders — eliminating data silos and inconsistencies. -AI-Powered Document Processing: Automated invoice recognition with AI-generated booking suggestions reduces manual data entry and accelerates accounting workflows. - Cloud Infrastructure: Fully browser-based access from any internet-connected device, with no local installation required. Audience and Use Cases andromeda.ONE is designed for small to large property management firms handling residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolios. The software supports use cases including tenant and lease administration, owner reporting, maintenance scheduling, document management, and financial process automation. With over 1,500 users currently managing approximately 25 million square meters across roughly 20,000 properties, the platform is used across a broad range of portfolio sizes and organizational structures. Pricing and Deployment andromeda.ONE operates on a subscription model starting at €199 per month, with pricing scaled according to managed floor space (m²) rather than per user or per unit. This area-based model provides predictable costs that scale proportionally with portfolio growth. The software is delivered as a SaaS solution, with updates and infrastructure managed by andromeda Software GmbH.
