Since implementing Anchanto’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), we’ve seen a transformative improvement in how we handle stock, orders, and warehouse organisation. The real-time stock visibility has been a game-changer, allowing our internal team and our trade partners to access accurate, live inventory information. Their seamless API integrations have enabled our Magento orders to flow directly into the warehouse via the Anchanto OMS, ensuring faster, more accurate fulfilment. Additionally, our Trade Portal now connects flawlessly with the WMS, giving our trade partners the ability to place orders with instant stock allocation, a feature that has significantly improved the customer experience. For a business like ours, where products are large and often vary in size, Anchanto’s flexible warehouse configurations have been invaluable. The ability to putaway multiple SKUs to a single pallet location has allowed us to optimise our storage space like never before. Furthermore, the barcode scanning system for both products and locations has dramatically reduced picking errors, leading to a much higher accuracy rate and greater operational efficiency overall. We have had great service from Bhushan, Aditya & the rest of the team throughout the whole onboarding process and continued support. They are quick to get back to us and great for offering solutions to complex problems. Simply put, Anchanto WMS has become an essential part of our logistics and fulfilment process. It has not only streamlined our warehouse operations but also enhanced our ability to scale and serve our partners and customers better. We highly recommend it to any business. **What do you dislike about Anchanto Warehouse Management?** Initially it wasn't perfect for a cabinetry style business like ourselves but it has since been adapted to work perfectly. **What problems is Anchanto Warehouse Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Anchanto, we struggled with real-time stock visibility, inefficient use of warehouse space for our large, bulky products, high picking error rates, and disconnected systems between our sales channels and warehouse operations. We used Sage (accounting package) which struggled with multiple locations and didn't have a good separation of ATP & physical stock. Anchanto allows us to see the difference between physical stock and ATP or allocated orders. Anchanto WMS has provided us with live stock information, which not only benefits our internal teams but also gives our trade partners immediate access to accurate inventory through our Trade Portal. Their powerful integration APIs allow our Magento orders to flow directly into the warehouse via their OMS, streamlining order processing and stock allocation. In the warehouse itself, Anchanto WMS has helped us organise large items more efficiently by allowing multiple SKUs per pallet location, maximising our storage space.
