**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

I use AmTrav to book company and executive travel, and I really like how it allows me to book flights, hotels, and rental cars with ease, all in one spot. The itineraries flow and provide straightforward information, which is super helpful to my travelers. What I appreciate most about AmTrav is how it makes my job so easy, being effective and reliable even during chaotic times like extreme weather events or government shutdowns. If a flight is delayed or canceled, I find out before my traveler does, which allows me to be proactive and resolve their situation before they begin to worry. This is especially important because my travelers are often pressed for time and working on projects that require intense focus and a huge sense of urgency. Everyone from the support lines to my direct account manager, Taylor Stradley, is incredibly helpful. Taylor helps me with our contracts with hotels, supporting us while we search for terrific locked rates, and assists in integrating them into our portal for maximum effectiveness. Imagine a ray of sunshine peaking perfectly through the clouds and, almost as if divinely guided, directly onto you. That's the energy Taylor brings to my travel experience. The initial setup of AmTrav was extremely easy, too. I'm so satisfied that I'd rate the likelihood of recommending AmTrav to a friend or colleague as 12 out of 10 (I genuinely sing the praises of Taylor and Amtrav to anyone who will listen--from colleagues to clients to support groups within my role/industry).

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

Nothing. That sounds crazy, but the only changes I would consider sharing are those that would be considered "bells and whistles,"--purely extras-- nothing about the reliability or functionality of the portal/company itself.

**What problems is AmTrav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AmTrav to book flights, hotels, and rental cars easily in one spot. It helps me with proactive assistance during flight changes (and supports companies who seek contractual rate locks with hotels), making my life drastically easier. My role is very complex and encompasses many different tasks every day. Travel can be an overwhelming lift, especially for someone at our company (most team members travel 300+ days of the year), but Amtrav makes it easy and a LOT less daunting. The ease of it allows me to be very quick with bookings and changes, so I can divert my focus to the other tasks on my to-do list. Amtrav makes me look like a hero at work.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

There are many things I like about AmTrav, but the most important is that they’re always there when I need them. For nearly a decade, we have depended on AmTrav. They helped our Travel Department grow from one person booking on leisure sites into a true corporate model, and they continue to help us add vendor accounts with airlines, hotels, and rental car agencies.

AmTrav’s superior support team has helped us with booking, changing, and canceling travel plans during ice storms, hurricanes, and even government shutdowns. They’ve also supported us through travelers’ medical and personal emergencies, including getting refunds from airlines when travelers pass. They keep us informed of travel-related interruptions, and their tracking and safety tools help us stay on track with duty of care.

Our account manager, Kyle Harrison, is amazing. Even after moving up within AmTrav, he still keeps us on his radar with regular check-ins, helps whenever we need it, and lets us know about the cool things AmTrav has in store. You won’t find a better team than AmTrav.

It’s a minor thing, but I’d really like an option to filter or search reviews by the review text itself, not just by star rating.

A one-stop travel booking solution for all of our company’s travel needs. It also provides continuous support when conditions and circumstances change.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

AmTrav encompasses all of my corporate travel needs. The platform is easy to use and extremely reliable. Customer Support is very fast and has resolved any travel issues immediately. I meet regularly with my account manager Ally and she is a rockstar. She helps me navigate all of our contracts and travel needs.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

Because of AmTrav's premium features, you are also paying a premium price. However, the price accurately represents the product.

**What problems is AmTrav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AmTrav solves all of my corporate travel related needs. Our travel policies are integrated into the platform and allow all of my travelers to easily follow and stay in policy when booking. All travel needs are captured within this platform as well. My account manager Ally also helps negotiate all contracts with our external travel partners. It makes managing a corporate travel program seamless.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

The staff especially our account manager Kyle who is always there to help and assist with things.  Their booking tool is perfect for us.  It has the right amount of reporting, is easy to navigate and has all the functionality you could want.  Pricing is another great aspect along with it's integration with travel partner programs.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

There really aren't any at this time.  When there are booking or travel issues the support team is usually on top of it although most times it's the airlines having the issues and need to be patient.

**What problems is AmTrav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest issues was booking options, more specifically payment options.  We use a dedicated Airline card for all airline purchases along with a ghost card option for our infrequent travelers for hotel bookings.  Usually these are longer stays where the employee would prefer not to float the extensive charges for hotel and fees.  Amtrav was able to provide this integration seamlessly and provide the needed receipt matching for accounting.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

I really appreciate that AmTrav has everything we need for travel in one place, and it helps us control spending by our travelers with its out-of-policy function. Travel can be complicated, so their customer support team is great and always happy to help, and I know our travelers appreciate that too. Our company has an amazing Account Manager who helps us through various issues and questions. The smooth approval process for out-of-policy requests is an important aspect for us that not all travel management software has.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

Sometimes it seems the website is having issues, but it's never down for that long. For example, the site will be unresponsive after clicking on a link.

AmTrav has everything we need for travel in one place, helping us control spending with its out-of-policy function. Their excellent customer support and smooth approval process make travel management less complicated.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

I like using AmTrav because it simplifies my workload, particularly when booking flights for event attendees. The ability to send personalized emails to every person is great. There's a log of everyone's travel info, which keeps things organized. I also appreciate that I can set it up to require approval for flights that are over budget, allowing me to manage the budget effectively. The simplicity of these features really stands out, and the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

I do not like that it keeps sending reminders to people. We should be able to control that, or set the reminders at our own frequency.

AmTrav cuts down my workload by handling flight bookings, allowing me to manage budget effectively. Its simplicity and features like personalized emails and travel logs enhance the booking process.

The customer service is top tier and not one can compare.  It's ease to use and book your flight and I love that you can reach customer support 24/7.  It's easy peasy!  I love how we can create gather groups, get help with hotel room blocks and rate matching.  I must use amtrav twice monthly to book my own travel.

Pricing for our international team other then that, no complaints on my end.

AmTrav has a user-friendly interface for travelers as well as an intuitive administrator interface, the reporting is great, 24 x 7 customer service for travelers is wonderful, and Ally is a great account representative!

So far, we haven't discovered any downsides to using AmTrav! It's better all around and cheaper than the travel service we had previously used.

AmTrav introduced our organization to Conferma Virtual Credit Cards for hotel room payments, and it has been wonderful for our travelers and the travel team. The awesome reporting and invoice information available through AmTrav has simplified credit card expense reporting and has improved internal controls around the whole travel process.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

I can depend on them to solve any issue that arise with my travel bookings or answer any questions. Also, having a customer relationship manager with AmTrav has truly helped our company feel like we are getting the most out of ouyr partnership with each other.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

Small lag from time of making or requesting changes to actually seeing it updated in the system. But just by a few minutes mostly. There is back end work that needs to happen usually in order for the change to actually happen. Now and then I see a flight, but my colleagues don't see it so maybe glitches then, but doesn't happen often.

AmTrav is helping us save money as we book travel for our executives. I can easily see what is the comparison in prices for airlines, hotels, and transportation. It offers efficiency when it comes to having the itineraries and all travel arrangements in one spot. Easily locate my invoices for accurate and timely expense management with our accounting.

Amtrav makes everything so easy and organized. We used to juggle many travelers at once. As we have scaled up, we now facilitate travel for many more travelers, unphased. Its is very much aligned with operational excellence. The platform is so easy to use. All of our travelers have clear "guardrails" to stay within. Should there ever be a challenging case, their travel experts are always ready to assist with the grunt work. We never have to wait in queues, as their support is very well scaled for their business. And we never have to worry about talking to the airline.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

At times, hotels or airlines are less flexible with enabling us to make changes directly. Luckily amtrav has releaseda new feature that will empower us and our travelrs to initiate their changes right from the platform.

**What problems is AmTrav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to apply company policy that enforce our travel standards. Gather is a great feature that allows us to apply "guardrails" at the time of booking to ensure everyone is booking travel to the correct destination, at the correct hotel, and we can see, at a glance, who all has booked for each trip, and who has not. We can cross an event off our to-do list once everyone has booked, and amtrav even has automated reminders for the users so we do not have to personally remind them of the booking needs. 

The app is great. As an admin, I can do everything I need to do from my phone. Great use for our travelers as well.

It centralizes all of our travel information which makes us so much more efficient. Our spend is also well recorder, year to year.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

The most helpful part of AmTrav is the ease of use for travelers when using A2B booking tool.  Travelers can easily move through the site rather than get stuck in a more antiquated or overly complicated system.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

I really don't have any.  We've worked with AmTrav for around 5 years and in that time, any concerns we've had were immediately addressed to our satisfaction or beyond.

As a medical device company, we are in a highly regulated industry and when we handle travel for healthcare professionals, there are many moving parts involved.  AmTrav has worked with us to set up unique options for our booking so that we can comply with all regulations while ensuring our KOLs are not overly burdened with the travel.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

As someone that is new to the travel team, learning the process of travel planning with AmTrav has made the experiance not as intimitaiting. Everything is very straight forward and easy to understand, while still catering to the traveler's needs and the company's travel policies.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

Changes to already booked trips seem to be a bit difficult to make, but has been addressed with recent updates. I am currently learning with AmTrav and I haven't encountered any huge issues.

**What problems is AmTrav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows travel plans to be centralized, while keeping open communications with all travelers in terms of their options. Also, the personalized help and support that we, as a travel team, receive is amazing because the floor is open to ask and address any questions we may have. It is obvious that they put their clients first and are constantly looking to make processes easier and stressfree!

We have been working with AmTrav for at least eight (8) years now. The Team from the agent to the Management Team are all accommodating, effective, efficient and ensures that our travel needs are met.

I really do not have any negative experience with AmTrav.

So much easier to keep track of who is booked where, for when, and general travel expenses. We went from manually booking everything and recording in random spreadsheets to AmTrav, and it is amazing!

Changing reservations can be a bit tricky, but the main work-around is canceling and re-boooking.

We are able to easily confirm booked travel, cancel or rebook easily, and track travel expenses.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

A2B by AmTrav is able to put the controls in my hands! I manage travel for several team members, and while we're not large enough to have established in policy/out of policy rate restrictions in place, A2B gives me the tools to keep things organized, and a fallback for assistance for my team members traveling after hours. While I'm still new to the program, I've found the customer service to be extremely helpful thus far. I also appreciate that AmTrav offers the more advanced features in upgraded plans as our company grows and our travel needs evolve.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

I wish it had two additional features: a calendar view that shows me when all my travelers are traveling within a week/month, as an administrator. Also, while I love the comparison feature, I wish there was a way to email/share the comparisons with my travelers, who would like me to provide a narrowed selection of options for the preference/feedback.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

I love being able to compare multiple air carriers and trips side by side in a matter of minutes. Purchasing through our corporate card becomes extra handy in ensuring I can book asap with no hassle. I also have the ability to compare the benefits of multi city legs compared to one city trips which is important in managing a territory.

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

The only dislikes I have about Amtrav is that I sometimes can find the the same trips on other websites for the same cost when I was under the impression that AmTrav helps us book at discounted pricing. That maybe my personal confusion. Lastly, sometimes AmTrav does not always share the best legs for air travel as they do not include all airlines in their travel. Sometimes airliners such as Allegiant and others are not offered.

**Recommendations to others considering AmTrav:**

Always compare routes with other airlines you know are not supported by AmTrav as you may find better offerings and more timely trips. 

**What problems is AmTrav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Similar to my previous answer, travel logistics have become simplified and I can now spend more time working within my territory then actually needing to organize my travels. This is especially helpful when booking one-way trips or travel into one city and out from a different location.

**What do you like best about AmTrav?**

I like that AmTrav's interface is the same type of appearance as other travel sites. Easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

There is not really anything at this time that I dislike. Wait, there was one time that I was never notified via email/text that my flight was cancelled and rebooked/rescheduled.  A quick call to customer support helped fix it.

**Recommendations to others considering AmTrav:**

The customer service over the phone has always been very friendly and super helpful with resolving my travel issues.  Much appreciated.

**What problems is AmTrav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilizing the program for work travel

I like how easy it is to change dates/times to see all available options for flights

**What do you dislike about AmTrav?**

Only that I can't see outbond/return options at the same time

**What problems is AmTrav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to book all in one place and have company credit card loaded in for flights. It's also connected to the system we use for reimbursement, which makes loading in flights that are pre-paid very simple.
