
There are many things I like about AmTrav, but the most important is that they’re always there when I need them. For nearly a decade, we have depended on AmTrav. They helped our Travel Department grow from one person booking on leisure sites into a true corporate model, and they continue to help us add vendor accounts with airlines, hotels, and rental car agencies.
AmTrav’s superior support team has helped us with booking, changing, and canceling travel plans during ice storms, hurricanes, and even government shutdowns. They’ve also supported us through travelers’ medical and personal emergencies, including getting refunds from airlines when travelers pass. They keep us informed of travel-related interruptions, and their tracking and safety tools help us stay on track with duty of care.
Our account manager, Kyle Harrison, is amazing. Even after moving up within AmTrav, he still keeps us on his radar with regular check-ins, helps whenever we need it, and lets us know about the cool things AmTrav has in store.
