My entire team have utilized the features and have integrated with other tools to get reimbursements with ease of use. Their customer service responsiveness and dedicated account manager approach also helps if you are stuck somwehere. **What do you dislike about Amex GBT Select?** It can be a ted expensive as compared to other travel agents and platforms in the marlet. But, again if you are looking for corporate travel and would like to utilize Amex brand, it should be a good experience. **Recommendations to others considering Amex GBT Select:** If you are looking for a corporate travel management particularly for multiple user groups, Amex GBT works well and integrates smoothly with the pay roll tools. **What problems is Amex GBT Select solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem for any corporate user like me while travelling is a hassle free experience in terms of hotel, meetings, flight and overall bookings related to travel. That's what gets easily done by the Amex GBT. It is very synchronised and co ordinated. Besides they have corporate tie ups to get users a good deal and discounts. ### 3. By far the worst corporate travel provider I have ever dealt with in the last 10yrs **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2023 **What do you like best about Amex GBT Select?** On the odd occassion I might come across a consultant who is friendly and deals with the request quick and efficiently **What do you dislike about Amex GBT Select?** 9/10 i am dealing with multiple issues from an inefficient booking tool that does not allow the user to book multiple cities, which forces you to call through to their GENERAL call centre (no dedicated agents are assigned to the customers - it's just pick of the litter) from here multitude of challenges, the travel agents work off their own internal system that brings up seats that are assigned to them. It does not display all seats, the customer then has to search direct routes and availability with airlines. From here you provide the exact airline, route and cost to the agent to re-price. All in all it takes a whole day just to do 1 multi city itinerary... it is painful and exhausting. If I could I would eliminate the middle man (AMEX) and let the assistants do all their travel booking. Much more efficient, less stressful and cost effective. **Recommendations to others considering Amex GBT Select:** BUYER BEWARE.... Just because it's an AMEX product does not mean the product is worth buying. Do your market due diligence and source other providers. Customer care should be your priority, and this is where GBT fall short on majorly!!! **What problems is Amex GBT Select solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consultants are extremely unprofessional, no sense of urgency and have been in the role so long that they have lost any sense of customer care. I try everything to avoid dealing with a consultant directly but their online booking tool is so antiquated that you are force to deal with incompetent and rude agent. Extremely stressful ### 5.
