**What do you like best about Ametras USA?**

We have worked with Paul for a year now on multiple engagement at Ametras.  He goes above and beyond to serve our needs and often takes calls wherever he is in the world at our convenience.  From a technical perspective we initially had some issues, which he immediately resolved and made sure we did not have to pay while not receiving the full benefits.  Ametras is a pleasure to work with. 

**What do you dislike about Ametras USA?**

Time delay in getting the initial support though not much of an issue in the long run.

**Recommendations to others considering Ametras USA:**

Evlauate the product and services as we did before going into it on a long term to assure that your needs will be met.  Dont be concerned about asking for multiple demos.

**What problems is Ametras USA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are creating an application to intake 100,000 plus documents and routing them through the Appian BPM tool for managing the case history of the initial intake.  The project is complex and requires multiple integration points with the Ametras software.  The intake process data capture reliability is of the greatest importance.  Ametras and our team has worked to create rules the provide 99.5% QA

**What do you like best about Ametras USA?**

We like the management attitude as they are helpful, thoughtful, focused, and despite being on an airplane a lot, always available

**What do you dislike about Ametras USA?**

There is really nothing to say we dislike, they care for customers in a genuine manner

**Recommendations to others considering Ametras USA:**

They are most professional and most responsive to our needs. They are interested and involved in our success, which makes them an excellent vendor

**What problems is Ametras USA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They offer solutions for scanning of documents, collating important data fields and fusing content into a logical and helpful manner

**What do you like best about Ametras USA?**

I like that we can show a problem and they can offer solutions we hadn't even thought of.  I like the personal touch where I don't feel lost in the shuffle of a call center.  Response time is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Ametras USA?**

That we didn't start using them a long time ago.

Let them solve your problems for you and explore their total product offering

**What problems is Ametras USA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Imaging for now, with hopes to expand.  We are able to address our insurance mail which used to just get shredded because it was to costly to review.  They are currently in the process of taking over out title imaging which will reduce the manual human intervention we have hear saving us in head count costs.

**What do you like best about Ametras USA?**

Ametras provides very high quality services tailored to the exact needs of its customers.  They also are very flexible should requirements change  making it a pleasure to work with management and staff.

**What do you dislike about Ametras USA?**

I have worked with Ametras for many years and didn’t have any issues with their work.  Great service at very reasonable price points. 

**What problems is Ametras USA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expert data management services has allowed my projects to make sense of unstructured data into data assets driving revenue and enhanced product offerings.

I have not yet had any dislikes while working with Ametras

**What problems is Ametras USA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working to resolve title imaging issues. Once implemented this will greatly reduce man power in our processes. The process has not yet been implemented so I cannot select that I'm a current user.

**What do you like best about Ametras USA?**

Almost any aspect of the application can be customized, using the API. Customer support is excellent and Ametras has added features to the product based on suggestions we have made.

**What do you dislike about Ametras USA?**

API is in TCL, a less commonly used scripting language. OCR Engines appear to be a little dated now.

**What problems is Ametras USA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has used Ametras OCR for a wide variety of custom applications, including high volume processes.

Willingness to develop new product features.  Responsiveness to questions.

The documentation could be improved/updated.

**Recommendations to others considering Ametras USA:**

My experience was with the FormsRec and FormsRec-Net products from Ametras,  If your interested in custom OCR solutions, I can't think of a better company than Ametras to consider, 

**What problems is Ametras USA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The extraction of specialized data from unstructured documents.  This wouldn't have been possible without the flexibility of the FormsRec product.

**What do you like best about Ametras USA?**

The team from Ametras was excellent to work with.  From the initial consultation through the product roll out they were dependable and met or exceeded expectations across the board.  They are a high say, high do business partner.  

**What do you dislike about Ametras USA?**

There were some software limitations in the d.velope application.  The Ametras team built out a reporting solution that made up for the shortcoming in the software.

Work intake and distribution.  The system immediately produced results far exceeding similar applications from other providers

Certain reporting data had to be requiested which is should have been standard part of the application, but Ametras has always been willing to proivde us what we needed.

Ametras has a knowledgeable staff from a technical and insurance perspective.

Simplified  data capture for automobile and real estate insurance, data scrub/extraction, and universal search functionality

The flexibility of the system and many uses to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness.  The support staff, programmers and senior executives are a pleasure to work with.

Nothing comes to mind.  Our experience has been completely positive.

Increased efficiencies with image search, increased throughput for data capture, enhanced sorting and distribution of work.

Easily configurable to meet workflow, security and access control requirements.

**What do you dislike about Ametras USA?**

Would prefer Ametras hosted the servers instead of using a 3rd party.

Great product.  Easily configurable.  Consider deploying in the cloud.

**What problems is Ametras USA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of physical mail being sent to closed office locations or divested businesses so that it reaches the necessary parties.
