Before Cloud Directory we had a messy setup with multiple databases trying to do the job of a proper directory service. Now we just define the structure once and query it however we need. Amazon cloud directory has been very useful and effective for our new projects because we do not have a fixed desk and it means we can not store docs and other important things in the local directory of the system. Amazon has completely changed that for us, now the whole team is given access to that particular folder and you can store your project specific data on that directory. The awesome thing is that since it is cloud based, you can access it from anywhere and anytime. It is also very safe and provides a granular level of access granting. I am not sure if there is something which I do not like about Amazon Cloud directory, it has really helped us work more efficiently. We store all of our data in Amazon cloud directory and we can expand whenever needed and as much needed.
