**What do you like best about Amalia?**

- Exceptional Customer Support: Amalia's customer support team stands out for their responsiveness and willingness to assist. Whether it's for small queries or complex issues, they're always ready to help.

- User-Friendly Interface: The ease of use for end-users is a significant plus. It allows our sales team to understand and engage with their compensation plans.

- Enhanced Transparency and Communication: The use of Slack for communication within Amalia enhances transparency and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

- Positive Sales Department Feedback: The sales team loved it! 

- Collaborative Approach to Commission Plans: Amalia's team doesn't just provide a tool; they actively think along with us to make our commission plans work effectively.

**What do you dislike about Amalia?**

- Administrator Ease of Use: While the end-user experience is smooth, the administrative side, particularly the designer feature, could be more intuitive. For significant changes, we often rely on customer support.

**What problems is Amalia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales compensation plan was done manually before, which was very time-consuming and prone to error. This is now solved with Amalia.

**What do you like best about Amalia?**

- Efficient and reliable
- Sales love it
- Not only it is easy from an admin point of view, but it is also very motivational for sales people
- Easy link to our CRM

**What do you dislike about Amalia?**

Nothing to mention.
The team has been very responsive and fast to all of our requests. It is a pleasure working with team Amalia, nothing negative to mention specifically.

**What problems is Amalia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amalia has a direct link to our CRM so it gives us the Sales Compensation accurately every day, but also the potential compensation that a sales could have if the pipeline is achieved.
It is quite helpful and inspiring, and it reduces the work of the Finance and the RevOps team every month.

**What do you like best about Amalia?**

Flexibility to implement your own model
Direct access to the internal consultant in case of any incident
It is very comfortable to be able to propose your ideas, and the agility with which the consultant reflects them in the system, as well as the training for the formulation to be autonomous in an incidence.

**What do you dislike about Amalia?**

Data update speed
Google sheet is not working find due to formats
Yes, support from consultant (is very efficent)
Maybe with excel file sheet
In excel data dump agility

**What problems is Amalia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we use  a lot of excel file to calculate it. Now is more easy with link between Salesforce data and Amalia. Yes is more productive. Yes due to AM view which is opportunities interesting for commission....

**What do you like best about Amalia?**

Amalia automates sales compensation making it easy to calculate and pay out commissions. Validation is faster, accurate and on schedule. It is flexible, supports customization and is also easy to set up and use.

**What do you dislike about Amalia?**

I have no dislike about Amalia at this point in time.

**What problems is Amalia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amalia makes it easy to manage processes pertaining to sales compensation making it easier to pay out comissions. It saves time, reduces errors, accurately shows performance, improves scheduling and provides automation. It is a big time saver and productivity enhancer.

**What do you like best about Amalia?**

Amalia has helped me automate the majority of our sales compensation schemes.
The streamlined validation processes make sure everything is done on time and error-free.

**What do you dislike about Amalia?**

No major downsides apart the reporting side that could continue to be improved.

**What problems is Amalia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Amalia, we were spending a lot of time manually managing our sales compensation processes.  Since
getting Amalia, our team has more bandwidth to focus on other topics.
Amalia also acts now as our source of truth for compensation.

The platform was very easy to onboard to get up and running. It also was great ease of use in general.

**What do you dislike about Amalia?**

Mobile use of platform is very limited comparatively to the desktop version.

Amalia has made it easy for us to calculate commission with minimal manual steps

**What do you like best about Amalia?**

Providing me with detailed information, detailed sections,that has a mobile version,I do not use any other tool at the moment, I have not used any other competitive tool at this time.

**What do you dislike about Amalia?**

Sometimes elements are not well displayed on desktop and mobile, texts are not squared, etc,Taking care of the small details of the information visualization, I would like to see desktop and mobile improvements

**Recommendations to others considering Amalia:**

Take care of the correct visualization of the elements of the web on desktop and mobile

**What problems is Amalia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case, it allowed me to have a point of reference to obtain information about my bonds, By allowing me to visualize information relevant to me at all times, I would say yes.

I like that almost anything we could think of as compensation plans could be integrated with Amalia.

It is sometimes a little bit long to implement.

As a manager compensation computation and management takes time, now with amalia we can provide our sales force with their actual number without a hassle

- The fact that it's linked to our CRM so the calculation is automatic.
- It's easy to use for the admin and reports are easy to read for the users.
- The tool is flexible, it can be used for every commission model we need.

**What do you dislike about Amalia?**

Nothing particular, the product is evolving quickly, and the team is reactive to make it fit our needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Amalia:**

This tool will help your sales team understand their commissions, which is a true motivation booster.

**What problems is Amalia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating variable compensation with the Sales team used to be a pain point for us (confidentiality / individual packages and target).
With Amalia, we can safely communicate individual results to our Sales Executives
